The first photo was taken while I was grade 11, first noticing the glitch. I had 38 minutes left on the grade timer to rank up.
The next photo was taken four hours later. I checcked the timer while playing, and it said I had reached the max grade, so I relogged. The timer had reset, and I cannot get to grade 12.
