Grade Glitch

I've been trying to rank up my alt DedNameTheToastr, and each grade takes an hour to move up to... but I've done 4 hours so far and I'm still stuck at grade 11. When it says maximum grade reached, the point I need to relog to show my grade up, I relog, but when I check once I'm logged back in I'm still only grade 11.
