Grade not going up, been playing for hours?

Hello, I've been on the srp server for about 5 hours watching /grade restart the time on repeat and im confused why my grade only went up 1 once. May I be bumped to 12th? I think its where I'm supposed to be and its not. I've tried disconnecting, reconnecting and restarting my game and nothing is working on my side. It said before going up one grade that I was maxed so I think it knows i'm supposed to be??? I'm new so i'm quite lost on whats happening.
