Grade not going up

EXPLANATION:

I am on Grade 8 and whenever I finish the time to get to Grade 9, it says I've reached the maximum grade. When I rejoin the game, the timer just restarts from an hour. If this is going to stay an issue, I would like to just jump to Grade 12.
