Grade Up Glitch

Hello! I'm new to the server and I've been trying to get a start on everything like money, grading up, etc. My current grade on the server is grade 8. So, earlier today I did /grade to check how long I had to wait. Then I waited the full time it told me to and did /grade again, but it told me that I was at the maximum grade when I've seen others with grades up to grade 12. I asked someone how they graded up and they directed me here. Hope someone can possibly help. Thanks for reading! My discord is faiiryliqhts#4414.
