ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Oddly I couldn't reverse or go forward so I decided to hop out of the car and despawn it, although it had disappeared after a huge lag spike and the time had stopped though the car was still moving, not sure how it could've glitched but it disappeared from my inventory.
