Whilst this isn't a terrible idea, a lot of the knowledge required to take on a role like this would effectively be the same as becoming a Moderator. Moderators themselves already have the task of helping newer players get their bearings, however Community Team members are also encouraged to do this! Not only this, we've tried and tested a similar system to this which unfortunately failed, many of them offered positions on the Moderation team.
For now we'll be working on a system for the new players to be able to have priority support within the first hour or so that they come online for. Eventually, we may add an additional staff positions to SchoolRP if we see an increase in players and demand for staff for smaller issues and to assist new players.
