How often do you log onto the server?: Pretty often, I'd say once daily almost depending on how much schoolwork is given.

Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?: On this account, no. But on an alt, I have for ERP, although it was accidental and what I said was meant to be said in LOOC, so I got unbanned shortly after.
Can you ensure that you will often come on: Yes.

In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: The job of a school tutor is to help students in need of extra help because they either need extra help on certain things or simply want to enhance their performance.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?: No, I do not, but I am a quick learner.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I've had around 4 years of roleplaying. So, I am pretty familiar with roleplaying I'd say so myself.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it: Yes. as mentioned before, private tutors help students in need of extra learning. Oftentimes, this is because they are struggling in class or it could be because they want to be more intelligent. Private tutors do everything they can and work around the students learning/understanding skills in order to best educate them.

During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: I call them out and pull them aside. I lecture them about how this is extremely disrespectful. If it happens again, I will have some sort of disciplinary task (for example, scrubbing desks) be done.
You are doing a hazadrous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: Simply do the job, no matter how hard the task is.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: Call them out, and warn them that what they are doing is basically putting their job on the line. If they don't change, I report them and tell them "Told ya so."

Motivation for Joining KHS: Simply wanna help those and make the student mindset better, making the environment more positive too!

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I have experience in tutoring kids in real life. Although not specifically in core studies, I have tutored saxophone many times to new players, so I know how it's like to help someone in need of learning.
