✧ . ˖˳ ₊ General Appearance˖ ✦ . ₊ ✦

Appearance:
Hana has a very friendly, almost warm appearance. Her face is gently curved and her eyes are soft and round, while her lips are gentle and tender shade of pink. Her dark brown hair falls just over her shoulders, her long bangs often falling in front of her eyes. Her figure is equally as gentle, not too curvy but just enough to give her a defined silouhette.

Personality:
From the moment you meet her, Hana is extremely energetic and friendly. She’s the type of person to always hype you up and push you to do your best, but she’s not oblivious enough to make you do something you don’t want to do. She’s extremely good at reading people, and often knows more than she lets on. However, she doesn’t like to brag too much. She's just generally a good person, or at least tries to be! When she gets more comfortable around you, the only really different thing about her is that she’s more willing to open up. She often worried that she’s bothersome or annoying when she talks about how she really feels, so it would initially take a lot of reassurance and time that it’s okay to be vulnerale. Other than that, though, Hana doesn’t really express negative emotions too often. She keeps it bottled up to an unhealthy extent, more focused on the well-being of others than herself. If it gets too overwhelming, she’ll usually cry it out when she’s alone. In a position where she’s overwhelmed with negative thoughts, she cries, and then carries on like nothing happened. She doesn’t like dwelling on negativity, especially when it was all she had for so long.

Kaede Akamatsu, Danganronpa (sadly)

Hana makes a point to dress as comfortably as possible. Her go-to outfit is her baggy black zip-up, a grey dress, white leg warmers, and black loafers.

Hobbies:
Hana's life revolves around music, one of the very few things she has in common with her parents. She dreams to be a singer one day, writing her own songs and performing them for others - but she knows all too well how unattainable that is. A much more attainable dream is becoming a composer, if she can help it. Other than writing and listening to music, Hana also loves to take walks. It helps her clear her mind and take a moment for herself, which she often needs.

Serious Problems/Flaws/Addictions/Disorders/Disabilities:
Mild Anxiety and Depression

Skills:
Singing and writing.

Backstory (TW abuse and neglect):
Hana was born to her mother and father, both of which were self-claimed musicians trying to climb to the top and become famous. However, soon after Hana was born, her parents came to realize that they would never be able to balance their complete music careers and take care of their new child at the same time. At the very least, one would have to make a complete sacrifice, and in the end the couple decided Hana's mother would be the one to drop her work for their daughter.

This created an irreparable rift in the family after a couple of years. At first, it was working. Hana's father supported the family, while her mother took care of everything at home. However, Hana's mother gradually came to despise how her husband could so easily live out his dreams, while she had to make all the sacrifices. Some of Hana's earliest memories were how her parents would scream at each other every hour of the day, and how their arguments slowly became less about them and more about Hana. Her father despised Hana because he believed she was the cause of his wife's hatred for him, and that they would still be in love if it weren't for her. Though, this didn't especially bother her; while it still hurt, Hana's father was majorly absent growing up due to his work anyway. She had no personal connection with him. As for her mother, they really didn't bond either. Her mother hated her for getting in the way of her dreams, and being nothing but a burden - but that hurt for a different reason. Hana couldn't help but feel attached to her mother, simply becuase she was her blood. Even if she was spiteful, even if she screamed at her until her voice was hoarse, even if she had damaged Hana's mind forever - she raised her.

As she turned 10, a new family moved across the street. Hana wasn't often let outside, but whenever she was she noticed a boy playing around outside the new house. One day, he approached her, asking her name and if she wanted to play. Hana accepted.

This boy's name was Aisuke Chikashi, who was only a year older than her. The two became very fast friends, spending nearly everyday playing outside and eventually Hana was let in their house for dinner and several more playdates. Aisuke's parents often questioned if they would ever meet Hana's parents, which was a question she often aluded. At this point in her life, her parents were mostly estranged. They didn't talk to Hana really at all anymore, and wouldn't even bat an eye if she stayed over for multiple nights at a time, which she often did. Aisuke's parents eventually figured out the situation on their own, and in fact welcomed Hana to stay over most of the time. By the time she was 12, she only went home to pick up her things.

Now, Hana has moved away to live on her own. It was unwillingly, really, since Hana grew to love the constant company and now craved it; however, she also wanted to venture the world on her own for once. Plus, their daily texts and nightly phonecalls were enough to keep her sane, at least so far.
