At first glance, many would regard Hart as an aloof stalker who prefers to stick to the shadows rather than join the crowd.
His physical appearance and the manner he presents himself often lead others to believe he's insidiously violent or ill-meaning,
painting him as a sociopathic roamer of the night that harms those who walk alone in the city.

In actuality, Hart is a sensitive, albeit extremely reserved, young man with a love for music and dance. His physical demeanor,
as well as his social disorder, prevents him from expressing himself in a normal way and only limits him to staring at a person
for hours on end without knowing what to say or do. His inability to properly lessen the distance between himself and others
often ends in an extreme amount of miscommunication, resulting in people running away in fear or Hart getting physically hurt.

When Hart is comfortable enough and finds someone he is able to somewhat communicate with, he tends to be very
philosophical and contemplative. He enjoys discussing moral dilemmas with others and expressing his thoughts on different
worldwide views on certain topics like the human condition or politics. Other than that, he's a fantastic listener and tends to be
incredibly understanding of anyone who wishes to speak out about their feelings to him.

Character Voice:
Takashi "Mori" Morinozuka (Ouran High School Host Club)
I know this voice claim is cringe leave me alone

Equipment:
Raccoon Smartphone and Yellow Scarf (both given by Graves Xeassi), Marshmallow Treats (an ungodly amount),
a mug of hot punch, a biro pen, a debit card (borrowed from his cousin)

Clothes:
Hart often wears a black faux leather jacket, dark-colored shirts, a pair of black gloves, and black pants. He also
never goes anywhere without wearing his tango shoes, as he enjoys dancing with himself when he's in an isolated
but comfortable area. He began wearing a yellow scarf to keep himself warm, as it was a gift from a new friend. The
scarf often covers the lower half of his face, making him look a little suspicious.

Hobbies:
Hart bears an extreme love for tango dancing, which sprouted from watching how his parents would dance together when
he was a young boy. Due to arriving in Karakura on short notice, his unfamiliarity with the city hasn't made much leisure
time for dancing. To supplement the need to move his feet, he often walks around at night when there's no one around.
One of the many places he enjoys walking around is the beach, as it tends to be both quiet and scenic.

Serious Problems/Flaws/Addictions/Disorders/Disabilities:
- Hart is neurodivergent. He cannot handle crowds of people and could only comfortably meet two at the maximum.
He also isn't very socially responsive, as shown by his strange habit of prolonged eye contact and lack of emotional
expression. This leads people to believe he's extremely creepy, which in turn causes a social drift that ends in a lot of
misunderstanding of his true intentions.

- Hart is an insomniac. His unhealthy sleeping habits and the hours he spends walking alone at night have led to heavy
eyebags and slight redness in the eyes. He often feels tired and dazed, unable to properly register events happening
around him and further contributing to his intimidating demeanor.

- Hart doesn't completely understand or speak Japanese. His main reason for intensive silence is because of the fact that
he cannot respond back or figure out what the other person is saying. The only language he could properly speak is
French, which could complicate things if no one is able to understand him.

- Hart could be creepily descriptive. Once someone is able to communicate with him, he tends to over-describe things
in a manner that might further solidify his scary appearance. At the very least, he will try to apologize if the other
person seems uncomfortable.

Skills:
Despite the adversities Hart experiences due to his appearance, this could come in handy to intimidate others.
Any time that a person poses a threat to him, he could simply scare them off using his extensive staring and tall
frame. He is also surprisingly strong in both his arms and legs, being able to move them dextrously to lift objects
or dodge attacks. His background of being a trained tango dancer also allows him to show off his dancing prowess
to others, which could help in connecting with others and expressing himself.

Backstory:
Hart Reicher was born on July 20th in Budapest, Hungary to Ferenc and Delma Reicher. Growing up, Hart watched his parents dance together in the form of
tango to profess their love for each other, almost becoming a love language of sorts as they raised their son together. Entranced by their passionate movement,
Hart began slowly copying them by the time he was able to walk. Unfortunately, by the time he entered primary school, no one quite shared a similar passion for
the dancing style as Hart did. Due to this, he became withdrawn and only really spent time alone away from other children. He did nothing but dance until his
social skills were extremely stunted, only to be coped with by using more solitary activities that he found enjoyable. It wasn't until he was 13 that his parents
surprised him with some wonderful news.

"Hart, you've been accepted into a foreign exchange program for dance school! We're moving to Paris!"

Hart was over the moon with the great news, smiling widely despite the expression being rarely used by him. Immediately, the family moved to France, and Hart
was awestruck by the beauty of the city. The fabled Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum, the fanciful food that he saw served in restaurants... All of it overwhelmed
Hart and made him grow such an explosive love for the country in its entirety. When he finally entered dance school for the first time, he was met with an awful
amount of miscommunication from his teachers and fear of his large build from his peers. Despite being so excited to live in the city, the alienation from his fellow
classmates made him even more miserable than he initially was back in Budapest. As a result, he didn't perform as well as he should've and became depressed
for the entirety of his early teens, closing himself off from his family in fear of being removed from school and his chances of becoming a professional. Eventually,
he sought comfort from his sister, Marietta, who was an aspiring fashion designer and a sympathetic young lady. Thanks to the support of his sister, he eventually
found determination in his tango studies and began doing better in terms of training. His teachers found his hard work exceptional and enabled him to take more
advanced classes, which stoked the dwindling flame of Hart's passion for the dance.

With the time spent practicing over and over, Hart eventually graduated and started a slow life back at home with the comfort of his family. He still remained
as antisocial as ever, only communicating with his family if he had a certain need or topic of discussion. Being outside during the day scared him immensely,
growing the habit of taking nightly walks due to the lack of people despite his family's protests. He settled into the daily routine of practicing his dancing,
eating, walking at night, and occasionally hitting the nearest bar. The peacefulness of his life felt like a dream... until his grandmother contacted him regarding
family matters. She informed him of his cousins that were currently living in Karakura and encouraged him to visit under the pretense of a family reunion. At
first, Hart was hesitant and didn't think it was a good idea to fly to Japan on such short notice, but decided to anyways because of his intense love for family.

Maybe that was a rather unwise decision...
