In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: The Head Nurses are in charge of nurses of health care facilities. Like, a head nurse may be in charge of all nursing in the emergency room. They are also responsible for the performance of their nurses, which means they need to watch the nurses who work under them and make sure they are doing their job requirements. They also must coordinate nursing care by allocating resources, where they are needed to in form nurses on correct medication or equipment. Head nurses need to make sure all the patients for whom they are responsible have needs met and receive appropriate Treatment.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?: Yes, I have roleplayed as a school nurse before
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I have been roleplaying for about 5 years and participated in many different types like CityRP, SchoolRP, FictionalRP and more.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it: I take charge of the assistant nurses and I watch and take responsibility for their actions and performances, I make sure they hand out the right medication and equipment to whoever needs it. I would do drug count and I would participate in things like operations ect.
*SITUATIONS*
During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: I would ignore it, if they came back and did it for a second time I would say "May you please stop" and if they don't
I would ask them politely why they would be mean, if that doesn't go well and they continue I would inform another staff member of the persons behaviour.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: I would try my best to complete the job but if I didn't feel like I could take on this job I would tell the principal and ask if he can have someone else do this job.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: I would ask them to stop and if they continued I would tell them that I would report their behaviour to the principal or vice principal.

I've always wanted to be a nurse since the day I first stepped foot in YHS and I knew that I had to apply for it when I could and I love to help people and I always notice that people get hurt a lot and I hate to see them hurt or injured

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I should be accepted over the other applicants because how much I understand about nursing and injuries, I know how to treat most injuries like snake bites, broken legs, cut off limbs and ect. I am also so passionate about nursing and helping people
