Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?: Yes, two times. Once for metagaming and the other time for my description, I was still new to the server, so I didn’t know many rules. Since then I’ve learned my lesson and help if rules need to be enforced.
Can you ensure that you will often come on: Yes.
Do you recognise that you can be ICly fired?: Yes, I will try my best at my job though.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: To assess, plan and deliver care to meet the health needs of the school community. Focusing, in priority order, on the boarders, day pupils, and members of staff. The Head Nurse is expected to manage and delegate work to the team, ensuring the specific skills of the practitioner are used to assess, plan and deliver care to meet the health needs of the school community, working closely with other partner agencies in order to improve health outcomes.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?: I have been a Office secretary, but the job hasn’t suited me.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I roleplay often on this server and have become knowing of rules and what to do in a roleplay and help enforce rules when broken by other people.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it: The head of nursing is responsible for the direction, organization and strategic planning of the nursing unit within a hospital or other healthcare facility. This executive is involved in assessing, evaluating and setting nursing care standards and objectives for the organization. In addition to overseeing the operations of the nursing unit, heads of nursing provide leadership and supervision to their direct reports, including nurse managers and the nursing staff. Among other responsibilities, individuals in this role will typically:
• Plan the staffing budget and recruitment
• Ensure that nursing care meets regulatory standards
• Review and approve nursing policies and procedures
• Evaluate nursing staff performance
• Collaborate with nursing staff, upper management and external agencies in the coordination of patient care
• Train nursing management staff and coordinate educational programs for patients and their families
• Facilitate meetings with medical staff from other departments
• Ensure that nursing care medical services are meeting patient needs
• Implement quality assurance systems
• Develop new patient care programs
[Situations]
During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: I would first warn the student and tell him to watch his language. If the student wouldn’t stop I would report him to a higher-ranking worker and ask for him to send him to detention. If even after that he wouldn’t stop I would ask the principal to suspend him for a couple of days.
You are doing a hazadrous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: I would ask him if the job is really needed, if yes I would tell the principal, if the job was to dangerous I would not do it. If the job was completely too dangerous for me and other worker I would report his actions.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: I would ask for what the job was for, if he lied to me I would immediately report his actions. If he needed help and it was a job by the principal I would help. But if it were to dangerous for both, I would tell them to stop.
