Help first join

HI, I tried to contact staff in discord but I'll write also here. I joined for the first time yesterday 11:30 pm (CET). My avatar is stucked in a coal 2x2x2 cube and I don't know how to proceed. I'll add a screenshot with the coordinates. I've searched in the forum and on youtube but i could not found something similar to my situation.

Have you attempted to /spawn?
If that doesnt work then maybe try reload the texture pack

I can't send commands in the chat, I've tried also to use ooc chat but it doesn't work. I can only write ic but I'm far from everybody. I'll try to reload the pack ;)

It doesn't work. Now I'm trying to enter the server with my boyfriend's account to see if it's a problem of my account

It does work with his account. Idk what the problem is, it's litterally the first time I joined
