Help Needed to Send in Character Application

Okay, so basically you are going to go to the sub-forums for the application. Let's say you are going to apply for KPD (Police), you would click
Character Applications >>> City Related Applications >>> Police Application
Now that you are in the Police Application sub-forum, you must click the "Post Thread" button, which should be on the top right of your screen. After copying and pasting your application inside, press the "Post Thread" button at the bottom center of your screen. Hope this helps!
