help w resource pack

when i join the game, it says its loading the pack and stops at like 20% and it says in the bottom corner to get optifine, so i got it in 1.13.2 and 1.14 and it still wont work, i changed the ram on my versions to 4 instead of 2, i've cleared my resource pack file as well, dont know what to do lol. my disc carlosss#9134 if anyone knows how to fix this, thanks:)

There are several ways to fix this,

» Indeed clear your resource pack folder
» Ensure that you're using 1.13.2 optifine
» Make sure you aren't using any mods/clients
» If all of the above doesnt work i sadly would have to reccomend you turning off the shaders or changing a few settings within the shader pack
