Help!

So basically, I am unsure where to find the glasses called "glasses (t)." I have seen them inside of the auction house, but they are very pricey... If they are available in stores can someone tell me what its called and what its closest to on the school map? Thanks

They can be found at one of the Pier Stores, the one that's made of spruce wood I'm pretty sure.
