Also, the texture pack might be glitching so you can either try downloading the one here in the forums instead of the automatic one or changing the configuration for texture packs too “enabled” if you haven’t done so already

I had a similar issue back when I joined. Next time you join, if it is the same, you can type the command below and they'll fix it for you. They'll most likely teleport you to spawn (:
