I began my journey in SchoolRP around December 2024, and ever since I've managed a stable activity between my extra curriculars and free time! The first row shows my average hours per day whereas the second row highlights the times im free! On Fridays i participate in a band gig that usually takes up a lot of my time, so hours may not be accurate on that day. On weekdays i am always free after four pm! I immediately became hooked around February 2025, and since then have been exploring new friendships and interacting with my newer characters on a daily basis! I would overall say im a very active member of the SRP community through my positive motivation towards roleplay!

What is the student council and what do they do?:

Student council is a body of people that contribute towards school activities, events and help overall maintain a safe school area. They ensure everything is kept in order with their 'somewhat' authority and constantly check to make sure everything is running smoothly within the school. through the determination for their job, they manage to complete their roles to the best of their abilities. Councillors are sort of like backup for school faculty, helping out when neither SLT or school faculty are present to create a more secure community among the school. Student council shares their positive energy with students to create a respectful setting, while offering development in skills such as management (in both self and time) and leadership!

What motivated you to apply for council? (e.g. Interests, friends, etc.):

Initially, I wanted to join because my friend at the time, (sopheey) applied and would always tell me about the fun experiences she had working with a team. It was very motivating to hear all her good thoughts on student council, however at the time I was still settling into the female HS basketball team and wasn't ready for a new journey. After that, i forgot about my 'idea' to join council! It wasn't until 2 months ago that I regained interest after hanging out with some members of the council team and seeing how much fun they could have! A month ago i created my character Xi Yu-Shi who has a strict father working in ems. I believe it wouldn't only be an awesome experience for me, but also a lot of fun to use this character in a councillor setting + benefitial to her roleplay!

Are you aware that you’ll be having to use your creativity and teamwork ethic within the student council? (e.g. Coming up and helping with events):

yes! i always enjoy sharing my creative side in a teamwork enviroment! i incorporate creativity within my daily life and aways try to look at things in a creative view, so i believe i wont have any issue using my teamwork and creativity skill within the council.

Can you list the roles in the council along with other roles that might be important to the council?:

──── PRESIDENT ────
Overall head of the Student Council and representive of the student bodty. They see over everything being done and ensure everything is up to par while managing most things done by council, such as events and activities.

──── VICE PRESIDENT ────
Vice president takes over when the president isnt free. They are basically the accomplice to the president and make sure everything runs smoothly if the president isn't available to do something at a given time.

──── COUNCILLORS ────
Selected people chosen to bring a positive image to the student body, while making sure all rules are followed. They embody school spirit through their tasks and assist SLT when advised, overall maintaining the structured school system. They always have their eye out when on patrol to catch troublemakers

CHANCELLOR
SLT, head of all councillors including president and vice president. Ultimate leader!!

──── VICE CHANCELLOR ────
When the chancellor isnt available, the vice chancellor takes over for whatever situation is going on.

IC SECTION
SCENARIOS

While students gather for a school assembly, one student behaves disruptively, causing a disturbance. How would you manage the situation to restore order effectively while minimizing any additional disruptions to the assembly?

Yu-Shi rubbed the back of her nape, fixing her posture, “I would walk over to them, possibly tap their shoulder and whisper to be silent. I wouldn’t want to cause more of a commotion than what was already caused.” She nods, fiddling her freshly manicured nails while maintaining a sharp look of fierce confidence on her face, “If they continue to cause disruption after this, i would warn them again. Whatever disturbance they’re causing could have a reason behind it, so I believe it’s important to be somewhat lenient when handling situations as such,” she’d nod along to her answer, however she wasn’t sure if it was the right one. Even if she messed up, she still maintained composure. They didn’t need to know how nervous Yu-Shi truly was, “After two warnings, if they still continue to disturb the assembly, I would issue a detention. However I’d make sure I’m not causing a scene, I wouldn’t want to add anymore attention on the student”

A student refuses to take their mask off after you’ve brought up detention and they’ve run away! What do you do?

“Without a second thought, I would chase. I’m not the fastest, that’s for sure- however i still carry determination like a backpack.” She didn’t want to sound over ambitious or finicky with her choice of words, but she spoke her truth, “If I lose them in the heat of the chase, I’d contact the radio and inform them about the situation. I would most likely describe who I saw. Height, Mask, Wardrobe etc. If they already chose to avoid detention by dashing, there’s a chance another member will see the ‘suspect’” She pasted a smirk on her lips, “As long as people are on alert, they’ll catch the culprit!” Yu-Shi would furrow her brows, the creases on her forehead wrinkling in an obvious shape over her forehead, The girl didn’t enjoy talking about her father, “After my mother went on a trip somewhere far from my home town, my father taught me how to recognise features on people. Something about. . . protection?” She rose her brows, the creases vanishing in an instant, “Oh sorry, I got carried away!” She looked around awkwardly, “I believe this ‘recognition’ skill could come in handy in a problem like this, especially as somebody who doesn’t have strength in running. Overall however, I would contact support from SLT or faculty, including other members of Student council who are possibly on patrol to back me up and be on the lookout.”

A teacher observes concerning behavior from a student, including the creation of disturbing artwork and verbal threats toward peers. How would you collaborate with the teacher to evaluate the situation and intervene appropriately to address potential safety concerns?

Yu-Shi pressed a finger to her lip, pausing briefly before parting her lips to speak, “I’d firstly take the boy aside and ask if he’s okay, if anything is going on and why he is doing what he’s done. There’s usually a reason behind everything and I don’t think we should be quick to judge based on someone’s bad actions.” She tilts her head, locking eyes with the interviewer “I’d reassure the boy of his actions and inform him that what he’s done is wrong and can be disturbing for other students, before sending him to the teacher for her remarks towards him.” Yu-Shi bites her inner lip, but maintains her understanding dynamic, confident with her answers, “The teacher can decide from there what is to be done, but at least the student is now informed and will hopefully not do the actions again.”

A group of students asks for your permission to stage a protest on school grounds. Would you allow them to protest? If so, how do you ensure that the protest does not disrupt the school environment while upholding their freedom of expression?

Yu-Shi blinked a few times, itching the inner corner of her eye. She opened her mouth and spoke her truth, “Before anything, id make sure I knew the topic of the protest. If it’s something positive then I will still be wary but it would be an automatic no if the protest was for an immature or unnecessary cause that could bring harm on school grounds.” The female settled a smile on her lips as she continued, maintaining a mature pitch with her voice “If the cause is proven to be sensible I would allow it, however I would make sure to first get permission from higher ups before continuing with anything that would potentially lead down the wrong path.” Yu-Shi proceeded with a nod “I’d constantly be wary as well, and supervise the protest to make sure everything is under control.”

A teacher/receptionist has told you that you are doing something that goes against what you were trained by your higher-ups. How would you react to this?

Yu-Shi planted a serious look on her face, “I would first admit the mistake, even if I didn’t know what I had done. I believe taking accountability for my actions is first step in sorting out a situation like this, so id thoroughly admit that what I had done was wrong.” She gives a polite nod to her response before continuing, “then I would ask for advice and what I’ve done wrong,” she adds, “This way I can learn what I’ve done wrong to make sure I never do it again. I take mistakes as learning opportunities, and this would be just that. I don’t want to repeat something and get another lecture, so I’d make sure I ask what to do next time to avoid the issue!”

Please provide at least one detailed event that the council can use as a future event to showcase your creativity! (Must be 300 words or more for one event):

Personal Information
(in character)

Name:

The lean female would fold her arms in her lap, nodding her head in a sensible manner "My name is Xi Yu-Shi"

Gender:

"I identify as female"

Age:

"I am eighteen as of march"

Phone number:

"My number?" Yu-Shi would whip out of phone from her pocket and give it a short glance "+81 030-037-6865”

How would you describe your personality?:

Yu-Shi furrowed her brows, before offering a slight smile, "I believe I am reasonable girl!" she chimed, her voice laced in harmonious confidence, "I try my best to be friendly with everyone, however at first glance many have told me I seem intimidating and monotone. . .YET, that wont stop me from being my authentic self!" the corners of her lips curve into a grin, "As long as I be myself, I can achieve anything I put my heart to! Although i may seem like someone people would fear, i would say I'm a major softie at heart" Yu-Shi lowered her voice into a mumble, "I mean would someone so tough have a K-POP dance playlist. . ." She coughed into her fist frantically, she couldn't believe what she said! " AH- but i mean. . .i always try to help out wherever i can. but anyways! I'd say that's the overview on me...!"

Appearance/attire (Please provide a picture):

image.png

Xi Yu-Shi ruffled up the sleeves on her blouse, "Because of my fathers strictness, I try to dress as professional as I can in most situations" She begins to fidget with the seems of her skirt as she continues on, showing some type of nervousness. she could sense the butterflies being unleashed into her stomach, "I use my hair to express myself. Its been blues and pinks and even yellow at some point, but I've currently settled on green because i think it. . .compliments. . .me!?" she sounded unsure, but shook it off. " Traditional attire is also highly appealing to me! Not only does it symbolise my chinese ethnicity but it’s also really pretty! The florals, the reds, I sure do love my culture.”

What separates you from other applicants seeking your position?:

Yu-Shi bit the inside of her lip, 'that's a hard one!" she'd think before opening her mouth to respond, "I'm sure all applicants bring strong qualities that differ from others! I tend to see myself as a diligent individual, super hard working and quick to get tasks done." She nodded to herself before itching her brow, maintaining eye contact, "I think I stand out because I bring dinner to the table" she widened her eyes, shaking her head as a giggle escaped her mouth, "sorry- I meant that I bring a lot to the table, such as qualities!" she paused, pursing her lips, "Not only am I efficient, but I think once people get to know me, they can see that I am a very humorous girl! I bring jokes, silliness and fun! that's my package! However, I can also be a seriously deep person, open to listening to others stresses and worries, which would make me a valuable companion to the team. I found out the hard way that listening can be a huge struggle for untrained ears."

Why do you want this position?:

She rose a brow, “why do I want this?” she repeated the question, the feel of the words on her tongue sticking to the back of her throat. She had to think. “It’s always been a dream of mine.” She stated, simple as it was, “I grew up in a small Chinese village alongside my father, Xi Ya-Ting.” She didn’t want to touch on the topic of her father, avoiding the topic “I used to help out in a small class with basic classroom ethics. My teachers seemed somewhat proud of me.” She felt her lips dry up the more she talked, bringing a hand over her mouth to quickly lick over them before they became obviously chapped. “After moving to Karakura, my father got employed in the medical field” she touched briefly, “Like him, I wanted to make use of my time at Karakura. If I enjoyed helping students out and mentoring over them, surely council cannot be so different. Not only was this a significant factor in my longing for student council, but I always believe I can help make a change in the community. I want to show everybody my hard work and what I’m capable of.”

What interests you the most about student council?:

Yu-Shi crossed her legs and tapped her finger on her thigh in a rhythmic pattern, letting a smile highlight the dimples of her cheeks, “Council is so… exciting.” She says with a sort of glee hanging off her words, “From what I’ve seen they’re always busy or up to something, which is definitely something I find highly intriguing about council.” She brings her hands and crosses them in her lap, fixing her posture once more. “Whether it’s helping out, doing silly events such as ‘cake in the face’ or even preventing bullying and fights right from the get-go, there’s always something going on. I like to be busy, so this part stands out immensely to me.”

What could you contribute to make the school a safe and fun environment?:

Yu-Shi grinned, planting her hands next to her as she swung her legs below the chair “I believe I can contribute my fun mindset and matureness to make the school feel safer while still maintaining a fun setting!” She admits what she believes is true, “I think I can bring a wide variety of ideas to the team and help create bonds of friendships that are sure to last! I believe I’m good with solving problems between others and sorting out issues among the school community to bring further peace to Karakura High school!
