Describe your activity on the server:
I’d like to believe that I’m a very active player on SRP, dedicating a significant amount of my time to the server. On my main account, I play as a member of the Bobcat Fem VB team, a role I’ve actively held since around early July. Being part of the team involves frequent participation in practices and events, which keeps me consistently engaged within the server. Additionally, my main character is a member of two clubs, causing me to spend even more time on the server (Though, I’m not complaining!) On my alternate account, I play as a doctor within the EMS faction, a role I’ve been committed to for about two or three months (I’m not entirely sure). This position also deepened my understanding of server mechanics and of course, teamwork, as well as more professional roleplay dynamics! It also provides me with a unique perspective on different facets of SRP beyond the school environment. I am active on the server whenever possible. When I’m not logged on, I’m often tailoring skins or reading through recent conversations in the SRP discord servers, staying updated on announcements and news. SRP is a central part of my daily routine, and I dedicate a significant portion of my free time to roleplaying on it. The only times that I’m unavailable are during occasional volleyball practices or club meetings, which practices are scheduled on specific days and club meetings are fairly random. To maintain transparency, I’ve created a detailed table outlining my weekly availability, ensuring I can balance all my commitments effectively. However, I would like to note that my playtime on the account I’m applying on is very low, as this is an alternate account I purchased specifically for this purpose. That being said, my main account has about 16 weeks of playtime, reflecting my consistent engagement and dedication!

Are you aware that inactivity can result in removal from the council?:
Yes, I understand that if I’m inactive, I’ll be removed from the council.
TRIVIA QUESTIONS
What is the student council and what do they do?:
The Student Council is a group of dedicated and responsible students who work together to improve the school community. They act as a bridge between the student body and obviously, the faculty! They help to ensure that students’ voices are heard and that their concerns are always addressed with haste and care. The council oversees school events, promotes a positive and inclusive environment, and enforces school policies to keep order. In addition to their leadership role, council members often help resolve conflicts among students, help with detentions, and support extracurricular activities. They serve as role models by demonstrating maturity, respect, and commitment to enhancing everyone's school experience. Their mission is to represent and support the large student body while fostering community and school spirit.
What motivated you to apply for council? (e.g. Interests, friends, etc.):
character-based reasoning:
I’ve always had an interest in giving my characters redemption arcs, and Mitya’s journey is a great example of one... He’s not what you’d expect typically when imagining a council member-- he’s been through his share of challenges and mischief. In the past, he was part of the Bobcat swim team, which used to be known to be a pretty troublemaking crowd at the time.. Much different from the current team. At one point, he even struggled with alcoholism, a period of his life that taught him some painfully difficult lessons. Back then, he distanced himself from others, breaking rules and maintaining a colder, more aloof demeanor. He was someone who people might have thought didn’t care about the “system” or the people within it. But, that’s not who he is anymore. Applying for the council feels like the next step in his journey. It’s a chance for him to show that people can change and that the past doesn’t define someone. Along with this, it would be an incredible opportunity for his development and growth as a character which I’m a sucker for making a character betterrr.. So, here I am!
non-character based reasoning:
When it comes to OOCly, I’ve always been interested in getting involved with as many factions and roles as possible, seeing all that SRP has to offer before I eventually depart in a few years. As silly as it may be, my ultimate goal is to be part of every faction at some point in some way - shape or form.. And so far, I’ve been active in sports, EMS, and I’ve applied for staff and event team (Denied from both so far but will be applying again one day!). I wanted to eventually join either the council faction or become a club leader, but I hadn’t really decided when or which. A bit ago, my friend pointed out that my character would bring an interesting dynamic to the council, and that idea immediately caught my attention, especially since it had already been on my mind. I loved the thought of diving into a new faction that would not only challenge me as a player but also give me the chance to interact with the school faculty faction and other school characters in more unique ways. What excites me most about the council is the opportunity to take on more responsibility and engage with the school community a bit more, especially with events (i lovelovleolvoelooe event planning) and stuff like that! To clarify further, this role isn’t about adding another faction to my list-- it’s about getting involved, contributing, and growing as a roleplayer. I’m excited about the opportunities that the council presents and can’t wait to see how it’ll shape my overall experience if I’m accepted.
Are you aware that you’ll be having to use your creativity and teamwork ethic within the student council? (e.g. Coming up and helping with events):
Absolutely. I’m fully aware that being part of the student council requires creativity, dedication, and a strong sense of teamwork As a member of the VB team, I’ve learned the value of collaboration and how essential it is to work together toward shared goals. Practices and events often require problem-solving and an understanding of group dynamics, which are skills I can bring to the council! I enjoy using my creativity to make things fun and engaging, whether that’s tailoring skins or coming up with event ideas, or supporting others in their creative processes. Additionally, I have a bit of a love for event planning so that’s even better. But, I won’t yap too much on that.
Can you list the roles in the council along with other roles that might be important to the council?:
President
The present oversees meetings, guides council activities, and ensures that everything aligns with the interests and needs of the students. The president serves as the main point of contact between the council and the school faculty, ensuring a strong connection between students and staff.
Vice-President
The VP plays a crucial supporting role, assisting the president with their duties. They step in when the president is unavailable and help carry out the council’s goals. The VP often takes on specific tasks or projects, working to ensure everything runs smoothly. Their role is vital in maintaining continuity and ensuring that the president’s absence does not hinder the council’s operations.
Councillors
Finally, the councilors are the regular members of the student council. They actively participate in meetings, contribute ideas, and help plan and execute events. Councillors also represent the student body, gathering feedback and ensuring that the needs and concerns of their peers are voiced during council discussions. While they are not as high as the president and VP, they are essential to the council’s success, offering support and bringing the president and VP’s visions to life.

SCENARIOS
While students gather for a school assembly, one student behaves disruptively, causing a disturbance. How would you manage the situation to restore order effectively while minimizing any additional disruptions to the assembly?
“ If a student starts causing a disturbance during an assembly, I wouldn’t let it slide. The moment it starts, I’d step in. I’d walk right up to them, making it clear that their behavior isn’t acceptable, and tell em’ to stop. I’m not interested in excuses or explanations in that moment. It’s simple: you’re disruptin’ something that’s meant to involve the entire student body, and that’s not something I’ll tolerate. If they keep pushing it, I’ll tell them to excuse themselves and hand them a detention slip. There’s no need to drag it out, and I’m not going to waste time tryin’ to reason with someone who clearly isn’t respecting the situation. I’d handle it quickly and efficiently-- no arguing, no back and forth. If the student has an issue with the way I handled it and wants to talk about it later, fine, I’ll listen. But they’ll be made aware of exactly why their behavior wasn’t okay, and I’m simply not going to sugarcoat it. “
A student refuses to take their mask off after you’ve brought up detention and they’ve run away! What do you do?
“ If a student refuses to take off their mask after I’ve mentioned detention and then decides to run away, obviously, I wouldn’t just let it go. The rule about masks is clear, and I’m not goin’ to let someone disregard it. I’ve given them a chance to stop and follow instructions, but if they choose to run, I won’t chase after them. Instead, I’d immediately use the intercom or have faculty do it to call them to the front desk. If the student doesn’t respond to the intercom call, I’d make sure to report the incident to the appropriate faculty, detailing exactly what happened. There’s no point in trying to handle it alone if they’re running away from responsibility. If needed, I’d let faculty handle it, assuming they’d receive some sort of suspension. “
A teacher observes concerning behavior from a student, including the creation of disturbing artwork and verbal threats toward peers. How would you collaborate with the teacher to evaluate the situation and intervene appropriately to address potential safety concerns?
“ If a teacher is observing concernin’ behavior, like threats and stuff, I’d take action as quickly as possible. First, I’d listen to the teacher’s concerns and gather all the details, making sure the rest of SLT is aware jus’ in case. With the teacher, I’d evaluate the situation as carefully as possible, considering the well-being of the student and other students. Next, I’d suggest talking to the student privately to understand what’s behind their actions, making sure to stay calm and clear about the seriousness of the situation. If necessary, I’d involve counselors or support staff to help assess the student. If there’s an immediate real threat to safety, I’d make sure the right authorities are informed and that the student’s behavior is closely monitored. “
A group of students asks for your permission to stage a protest on school grounds. Would you allow them to protest? If so, how do you ensure that the protest does not disrupt the school environment while upholding their freedom of expression?
“ If a group of students asked for permission to stage a protest on school grounds, I’d first listen to their concerns and understand the cause they’re protestin’. It’s important to respect their right to express themselves, but it also needs to be done in a way that doesn’t disrupt the school environment or interfere with other students’ ability to learn. If the protest is - appropriate, I’d set clear guidelines to ensure it’s peaceful and doesn’t cause chaos. This might be restrictions on location, like holding it in an area away from classrooms and otha’ activities. I’d ask them to stay respectful and avoid any behavior that could escalate some sort-uh situation. We’d work together to make sure voices are heard but it’s done in a safe way. ”
A teacher/receptionist has told you that you are doing something that goes against what you were trained by your higher-ups. How would you react to this?
“ If a teacher or receptionist tells me that I’m doing something that goes against what I was trained to do, I’d take a step back and listen carefully. I’m not one to jump ta’ conclusions or get defensive right away. I’d make sure I understand exactly what the issue is and why it’s a problem. If they’re right and I’ve made a mistake, I’d acknowledge it and correct myself. Obviously, I’m not afraid to admit when I’ve done somethin’ wrong, and I’d make sure to fix it right away. However, if I go back and see that I’m following the right course of action based on my trainin’, I’d calmly explain my reasoning. I’d make sure I’m clear about why I’m doing what I’m doing but also be open to their feedback. If they still have concerns, I’d follow up with my higher-ups to clarify the situation and ensure we’re all on the same page. The goal is to get it right and make sure I’m doing things the way I’m supposed to, without causing unnecessary conflict. “
Please provide at least one detailed event that the council can use as a future event to showcase your creativity! (Must be 300 words or more for one event):
!! KARAKURA CARNIVAL !!
I. Proposal
The proposed school-wide carnival aims to foster community engagement through various fun games, friendly competitions, and team challenges. The event will be open to students and external factions (KPD, EMS, Shrine), promoting collaboration and social interaction in a relaxed atmosphere. The carnival will take place across multiple locations within KHS, including the track, gym, courtyard, and classrooms. Key events include tug-of-war, relay races, musical chairs, a bake-off, and shop stalls. Activities will be tailored to different interests, from physical outdoor games to quieter indoor competitions. Volunteers will help manage the stations, ensuring smooth execution. The event will begin with a kick-off ceremony and conclude with a closing ceremony where winners are recognized. The goal is to create an inclusive and enjoyable environment, offering opportunities for interaction and narrative development. The event will be supported by event maps, booths, and clear signage to guide participants, making it an engaging experience for all involved.
II. Concept Overview
- Event Type: A school-wide carnival with various games, friendly competitions, and team challenges. ALLOW other factions to attend.. KPD, EMS, Shrine.
- Location: The carnival will be set up across various locations within KHS!
~More specific:
- Track, VB, Baseball Field: For outdoor physical games like tug-of-war, relay races, and obstacle courses, volleyball games. Maybe a cheer performance?
- Gym: For more indoor-focused games, such as musical chairs, arcade games, carnival games, and team trivia for the sports teams?
- Middle of School (Courtyard thing!): For dodgeball games, central location for booths.. shops! Rest areas and some other entertainment.
- Classrooms nearby or maybe the small space outdoors next to the gym: Used for quieter activities, such as maybe a bake-off or something like that?
~ Key Events
- Tug-Of-War: A classic competition where different factions (students, EMS, KPD, shrine, and faculty) can participate in a best-of-three series. This is a team-based game where groups pull a rope to the center, trying to move their opponents across a designated line.. Though this would most likely have to be roleplay-based since Im not sure how to pull it off without roleplaying it.
- Relay Races: Teams compete to complete a series of obstacles or physical challenges as fast as possible.
- Musical Chairs: This was kind of a hit at the sports event so I think it would be fun to do here tooo.. Students walk around chairs while music plays and must sit down where it stops. The last one remaining wins!
- Bake-Off: Students (or staff) can submit their best-baked goods to be judged on taste, creativity, and presentation. The best entries will win prizes.. Roleplay based.
- Shop Stalls: Maybe two or three stalls/booths from shops.. Or really whichever shops would like to participate in the event.
III. Goals and Engagement
- Core Goal: The primary aim of the carnival is to bring the school community together in a light-hearted and inclusive environment. The event will encourage interaction among students and different factions, fostering collaboration, and allowing everyone to have fun in a way that feels natural to the school setting. I think this event would be good for both player interactions.. And give narrative opportunities!
IV. Pre-Event Prep.
~ Build Changes:
- Booths and Signs: Booths in the gym and courtyard area.. Signs leading students to where the event will be.
- Event “Map” Creation: A clear and detailed event map will be made, highlighting each activity zone. Students will receive maps (I could draw this out or someone else on SLT could... whatever works!) on the day of the carnival to help guide them.
~ Other:
- Volunteers(?): Some student volunteers to help with the games and such to make sure everything is running smoothly.
V. Event Execution
~ Kick-Off Ceremony:
- The School Council President or VP will begin the event with a short speech, announcing the start of the carnival and welcoming everyone to participate. A short countdown followed by a listen-together is sent out to mark the start of the event.
~ Games and Activities
- Stations will be spread out across the school grounds. Volunteers or staff members will supervise each activity, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and that students adhere to the event rules. Students can freely move between stations.
VI. Post-Event
~ Closing Ceremony
- After the final games have concluded, the council will host a closing ceremony where prizes will be awarded. Special recognition will be given to the winning teams of the games, the best performers, and those who contributed to the event’s success.
- A thank-you speech will be delivered by the Council President or VP, and a group photo could be taken to commemorate the day.
( P.S. I know this event isn't TOO in-depth.. I wasn't sure how detailed you were wanting.. so I tried to provide a detailed outline.)
Personal Information
(in character)
Name:
“ Mitya V. Flowers. “
Gender:
“ I’m a male, usin’ he/him pronouns. “
Age:
“ I’m 18 years old. “
Phone number:
“ (030)-851-3170 “
How would you describe your personality?:
“ I’d say I’m a pretty straightforward person. I don’t waste time sugarcoatin’ things or dancing around issues-- if there’s a problem, I’ll address it head-on. Some people might call that cold, but I see it as efficient. I care about getting things done and doing em’ right, not about holding anyone’s hand along the way. That bein’ said, I’m not some heartless jerk-- I value responsibility and I’m someone people can rely on, at least now, and that’s what matters. I’m the type of person who takes my commitments seriously and makes sure everything’s smooth, even if it means stepping up when other people won’t. I’m not overly sentimental, but I have a solid sense of fairness and justice. I believe in standin’ up for what’s right, even if it means being the bad guy sometimes. I fear I’ve got a bit of a dryer sense of humor, so I might throw in some sarcastic comments but at tha’ end of the day, I’m here to make sure things are handled properly, no matter what. “
Appearance/attire (Please provide a picture):
“ I’m not exactly your typical image of a school councilor, I know.. Guess that’s part of my charm. I guess. My hair is a bit messy, and kind of wild, but I take good care of it. Then there are my piercings, a lip ring and an eyebrow piercing. Some might raise their eyebrows at that.. No pun intended, but to me, they’re part of who i am. Self-expression isn’t somethin’ I’m willing to compromise on, and honestly, it’s the same story with the tattoos I have. Each one has a meaning, even if they ain’t obvious to everyone else. Now, about the way I dress. I keep it simple-- baggy clothes for comfort but I always throw on a tie. Yeah, a tie. It’s my way of - balancin’ things out.. Showing respect and stuff. It might not be what people expect from someone in the role I’m applyin’ for but I think it’s a good representation of me: professional enough to show I care, but not about to lose my individuality to fit into someone else’s mold. I’ve always believed that how ya’ carry yourself says a lot more than whether or not you follow everything straight to letter.. I stay in the dress code but express myself at the same time. “

What separates you from other applicants seeking your position?:
“ What separates me? Simple-- I’m not trying to play the perfect candidate or sugarcoat who I am. I don’t fit the stereotypical mold of what you’d expect from someone in this position, but I think that’s exactly what makes me stand out. I bring someone different to the table. While others might be all about appearances or trying ta’ win people over, I’m focused on getting things done and doing them right. I’m not afraid to make the hard calls or step in when situations get messy. Responsibility isn’t somethin’ I take lightly, and I’m the type of person who will follow through no matter what. Another thing? I’ve got a lot of experience juggling commitments.. Between the time I’ve put into extracurriculars, balancing school, and dealin’ with people from all walks of life. I’ve learned how to handle pressure and adapt to whatever’s thrown at me. I also bring a unique perspective-- I know how to stand my ground when needed, but I’m not above listenin’ to others and collaborating to make the best decisions. At the end of the day, I’m not here to win a popularity contest. I’m here to do the job, to make a difference, and to hold myself accountable for my actions. I’m not jst another face in a suit trying to impress someone, I’m willing to put in the work, take the heat when necessary, and ensure things are handled the way they should be. That’s what sets me apart.”
Why do you want this position?:
“ Why do I want this position? Honestly, my original motive was personal. I’m not the kind of person people would picture on student council-- at least, not if they knew me a few months ago. I’ve been through my fair share of mistakes, broken rules, and burned bridges. There was a time when I was part of the Bobcat swim team, back when it had a rep for being.. Let’s just say, less than well-behaved. I was caught up in all of that, and it didn’t help that I was dealin’ with my own struggles.. Including a fight with some less-than-legal habits that left me more isolated than I’d like to admit. But that’s not who I am anymore, not who I want to be. I’ve spent a lot of time trying to figure out who I want to be, and more importantly, how I can make up for the person I used to be. This position feels like a way to prove to myself and to others that people can change, and that redemption ain’t some fairytale idea.I want to show that I’m better than I was, and I can be someone who contributes, who makes a difference, and who actually helps make things better for the people around me. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not about erasing my past, it’s about building somethin’ better on top of it. I know it’s not going to be easy. People might doubt me, and honestly, I wouldn’t blame em’. But I’m here to put in the work. I’ve been at the bottom, and I know what it's like to feel like the system is against you. That gives me a perspective not everyone has. I want to use that to help others, make sure voices get heard, and prove I’m not just capable of change-- that I’m capable of being someone others can rely on. For me, this isn’t a role. It’s a chance to grow, to redeem myself, and to leave a mark that I can actually be proud of. “
What interests you the most about student council?:
“ It’s the potential to actually make an impact. I’ve been on the other side like I said before, and I know how it feels to think no one really listens. That’s why the idea of being in a position where I can change that is so important to me. I want to be someone who bridges the gap, someone who can make sure every voice, even the quieter ones, gets heard. Beyond that, I’m pretty drawn to challenges. It’s not just about organizing events or enforcing rules-- it’s about being a part of something bigger, helping shape the school environment into a place that feels safe... inclusive, and inspirin’. I like the idea of stepping up, taking responsibility, and working with other people to solve problems instead of brushing them to the side, ya’ know? And let’s be honest, there’s something so satisfying about proving people wrong. Most wouldn’t expect someone like me- a guy with tattoos, piercings, and a rough past-- to want to take on this kind of role. But that’s what makes it even more appealing to me. The student council isn’t about appearances; it’s about action. And I’m interested in seeing what i can bring to the table, how far I can push myself, and what kind of legacy I can leave behind by makin’ some sort-uh difference. ”
What could you contribute to make the school a safe and fun environment?:
“ I think what I could contribute is a mix of perspective, responsibility, and creativity. I’ve seen both sides-- the people who follow the rules and the ones who don’t. That gives me an edge in understanding where others are coming from and how to approach situations in a way that’s fair but firm. I don’t shy away from callin’ people out when necessary, but I also know how to listen and keep things balanced. To make the school fun, I’d bring fresh ideas for events and activities that everyone can enjoy. I want to make sure people feel like school ain’t just about rules and lectures... But a place where they can enjoy themselves. I’d also work on making sure no one feels overlooked, creating an environment where everyone feels like they belong. Safe, fun, fair, and understandin’-- that’s what I’d aim for. “
