EARLY LIFE;
After the tragedy, which left her closest dear friend in a coma, Hinami went from a soft-spoken cheerful angel to a person she truly hated; an uncontrollable wimp. Moving back to Japan and having to adapt to the sudden changes was already enough to feel like she was in a hell pit. While she was mostly praised at school for surviving the incident that occurred in the UK, she certainly did not want to be known for that as being told about her trauma repeatedly each day stressed her out a lot, causing her to have a lot of mental breakdowns. There was no denial that she was also getting mocked at school as a result of her permanent injuries left on her face.
`World’s Most Powerful Weapon: Words’
Think about it, words are used for communication, understandings, and reputation. To have a better understanding of each other, we use words to communicate and to figure out actions, feelings. The second you say something about a person, it immediately leaves an impact on their reputation. It could send them to despair, the whole world could turn against them with just one word, or, it could change them.
Training with the Bo staff at 10 years old, Hinami has been taking that advantage for ‘protecting’. In her vision, causing physical harm to suspected douchebags were the way to solve everything, however, that wasn’t the reality. Hinami was an uncontrollable and feral child, constantly getting physical to anyone who she hears about that’s negative, always starting fights and beefs. She was indeed a troublemaker, as there was a stray cat she was taking care of, and kicked a guy for simply being a bit annoying to the cat, instead of handling things way better. Hinami obviously got scolded so many times with it, as this was not the teachings of the Shimizus. They still thought that she could just get over it by experience, and they were right.
3 years later
Hinami was walking her way to home and normally gives the stray cat some checkups near the school she was attending before doing so, and what she found was terrible. The cat was covered in dirt, laying down while crying out loudly as 3 boys hovered over it with evil faces, being evil. She was trying to control her physical aggressiveness, until one of the boys kicked the cat, making it scream in pain. She snapped. She took out her pocket staff, activated it, and straight up horrendously beat up all the boys. Not even minutes later they were all laying down on the floor screaming, begging for Hinami to stop, some of them were bloodied. She just didn’t, she kept on punching them, kicking them, using stunts on them, and bonking them. Her hands were covered in blood, as she stopped.. and snapped back to reality. She was in shock, she for the first time finally felt bad and guilty for even ..for almost murdering them.
A few days later
She was finding herself trapped in a crowd where she was pushed, beaten, and gossiped about. She finally felt the pain, she put on others. Think about when I said actions are usually figured out with words, once you do something, a word will come to a person’s mind, and it could go to the whole world. Turns out, the boy that kicked the cat, was an innocent person, forced into the act, for money, as he was poor. Hinami found herself drowning in bruises, oceans of tears, and guilt. Her parents definitely thought it was about time they did something about their daughter’s behavior; therapy. Hinami was stubborn though, she just, didn’t want to talk, she normally had breakdowns in anger, and would just stare at the wall. She didn’t feel comfortable enough to talk. However, soon a person would come and change everything.
Hinami was all alone, face down on the dirt, on the school field. She wasn’t even surprised anymore, she became so emotionless, but she still shed tears. She just lied there, wondering, wondering what if things didn’t happen THAT day? Or what if she listened? She felt her eyes shutting down close, when all of a sudden, she felt running, she felt fast footsteps coming towards her direction. It got closer, and closer, and closer. It stopped, she saw shoes in her blurry view, she peeked up, and saw a face, still blurred. It got closer to her view, and her vision was a lot more clear of the unknown. It was an angel-like girl, with a smile on her face. “Let’s kill all those germs you have on you, yeah?” And ever since that day, everything changed. Hinami was treated at the local hospital thanks to the girl.
“It’s me! Shouko. Hinode Shouko” a name Hinami never heard of before,, certainly rare. While Hinami was swarmed in a crowd, Shouko grabbed her hand and brought her to somewhere.. it was kind of a long way. Eventually they were landed on the school rooftop, where no one was really around, good for them. Shouko sat Hinami down along with herself, and she started sharing her food. Delicious food!.
2 years later..
Over time, Hinami found herself being cared, treated, fed, played along with by Shouko. Shouko reassured her that she wasn’t an enemy, and has never put a finger on Hinami. Hinami started to feel something.. it felt, good, relaxing, was this because she never felt this way in forever? Being cared for, having a friend. Hinami certainly admits she’s a damn douchebag, and a monster, but then there’s this angel, who doesn’t see her as that,, just how did she know? Why did she treat her like she was some lost stray cat?. “..why did you even help me that day?” Asked “ look at all the people you’ve harmed” “..what does that have to do with this?” “Just like you, they were known as monsters, wild dogs.” Hinami was speechless, but was still confused. “But ever since I reached out my hand to you that day, everything,, changed, didn’t it? You’re getting back on track with academics, you smile a bit more, and you’re not lonely anymore.. you don’t realize it, but you, have been killed by kindness.” Hinami finally puzzled it together, kindness, was the only weapon..that could end misery. Hinami realizes her big mistake; becoming a douchebag like other douchebags. She didn’t have someone to act as a good example for her, and she proceeded to the things that every douchebag did, as that was her main focus. She was so struck in realization, finally understanding why she felt so much better. She was in so much guilt, regret and frustration. “..oh” “Now you know, yeah?”. Shouko put out her pinky as she said “well, you’re gonna have to make a promise to me now that you’ve come to realization. Do you promise to be the best version of yourself? Do you promise you’ll practice compassion amongst the dogs?” Hinami chuckled before immediately interlocking her pinky with Shouko’s.
Hinami started talking more to her the****** and instead of having angry meltdowns, she feels more calmed and relaxed, the the****** sure was helping. Hinami started having more friends alongside Shouko, she was really fixing her teenage life little by little. Bailey woke up from her coma that year, making Hinami more happy. But was Bailey the same as she was before?

But was Bailey the same as she was before?
‘Deja Vu’
1 year after bailey’s awakening..
Bailey and Hinami did get along the first few months after she was released from the hospital,, until the blonde had to start her normal life again. Bailey attended therapy sessions, and after a while they thought she was good enough to get back on school and work. Obviously, Bailey found it hard to adjust, maybe so hard that she got herself in the wrong path.
Bailey was the center of attention in her new school as she has been on the news everywhere for the last few years. Especially after her rise from coma. But she really did let herself get manipulated so easily, as she met a group of men who were a few years older than her at school. They were BAD news, especially for a minor like Bailey. With that, they took advantage of Bailey and manipulated her into taking drugs, as a calming effect. Bailey gave in, she was already stressed about almost, everything that was going on in her life at the moment. Obviously, this had downsides to it. Bailey became a undisciplined teenager, a troublemaker. As Hinami and Bailey talk more, their conversations just end with conflict, with Bailey always shutting Hinami out and letting her down at most times. Hinami became furious with this behavior, it had to be stopped.
Soon enough, at 17, she decided to give the Spielbergs a visit in England. Hinami sure was nervous, but she knew she wanted to do this to sort things out. Marine Spielberg often times warned her about Bailey and talked about her addiction to drugs. Again. Hinami still wanted to go. Who knew that would be a big mistake?
ANOTHER BIG MISTAKE
On Thursday 12;53 AM 2021, ENGLAND.
A loud night, the streets were filled, ringing bells, and all sorts of other loud noises you could think of. Obviously, Hinami hated this, but it brought back a little bit of nostalgia, back to the times when she lived in the UK. The night before, she has already arrived to a local hotel nearby the airport, and Bailey agreed with a meetup with Hinami on this very day. Strangely, Bailey told Hinami to meet up at some alleyway, right next to a nightclub. Hinami sure got bad vibes from this, but refrained herself from looking weird. Hinami then found herself in the alley, in the dark. She could hear the people in the club screaming, with loud music as well. She felt a little comforted by that, as the worse that could happen is that she sits in silence without a sound. She was getting distracted, closing her eyes and dancing a bit to the music, well okay, maybe she looked weird, but she didn’t care. The next thing she knew, she felt herself being tripped, and fell on her back. Ouch, what was that. She opened her eyes, and that was the moment where EVERY warnings given should’ve been taking seriously. Masked men beat her up horrendously, from stabbing knifes into her skin on her back, to creating large scratches on them. Hinami was screaming, she didn’t have her Bo staff with her, so she had to use her leg. She was able to throw some kicks, and it seemed like she was winning, not until she felt her stomach being slit as fast as lightning. She looked at who it was, and never felt so much betrayal in her life. It was Bailey, with a villain-like expression, grinning. Due to so much blood loss, she just fell on her knees, with tears in her eyes, questioning her fate, and then, her vision became black. She became unconscious, laying down in puddles of blood. The men and Bailey just left her there, laying all alone.
Fortunately, a man, who was seemingly somewhat drunk, managed to find the Hinami’s lying body. He screamed at the sight and immediately called the ambulance.
On a stretcher in the back of the ambulance truck, on the way to the hospital, the medical staff were certain she was not gonna make it, her pulse was low, and she lost a LOT of blood.
Waking up at school??
Hinami woke up to a very familiar smell and sight. It was, school,, her old school, why? And how did she end up here?. It was rather empty, no one seemed to be around. She slowly got up and began wandering around the school, in curiosity. On her walk in the hallway, she happened to see Shouko, in it. Hinami quickly ran to her and hugged her, she thought she was in some afterlife or something,, Shouko hugged her back. Hinami then sees a shining bright light coming towards their direction. It got bigger, and closer. Hinami and Shouko just held hands and closed their eyes, expecting the worse and the best. But everything just.. turned black. Suddenly, Hinami could hear beeping noises. Shouko heard them too, and asked Hinami about the sound. Hinami was confused, she also didn’t know what it was. But it only got louder, and soon heard a British woman talking about god knows what.
“She’s not gonna make it”
As soon as Hinami heard that, she realized what it is. She was in a dream. And she’s waking up. Hinami started screaming, with a confused Shouko. But Shouko just followed along. A few seconds later, Hinami finally snapped back to reality, and woke up to the sight of a very bright light shining on her face. “SHE’S AWAKE DOCTOR” says the same female voice she heard. Hinami looked around, and looked to the side., and saw that her pulse beeping, indicating that she has a normal pulse. She widened her eyes, she actually IS alive. Hinami was then swarmed with questions by the doctors. She couldn’t really talk, as her voice was weak. Her face also felt numb.
Road to Recovery
Hinami started recovering in the hospital, and started getting help with her facial numbness by an expert. It got better, she really didn’t like hospital food, but at least she was eating. The Spielbergs, expect for Bailey, all went to stay with her at the hospital, to support her as Hinami is still in betrayal, pain, and confusion. Why? How? What?. She realized how cryptic Bailey was over the last few months. They’ve been planning on a fracking murder, on her best friend.
Hinami’s phone broke while the incident happened, so, the doctors sent it to a repair shop, and its still being prepared, so, Hinami talks with her family, the Shimizus, through Marine’s phone. Often times, cries were heard, but never anger. Hinami felt so bad for not listening to the warnings. Hinami realized that she also has to put herself first in certain kind of situations. She can’t just let herself be destroyed, when there’s already bad signs. This was a very important lesson she learned.
A month later, she was able to walk and talk, making progress. She felt less pain, but it was still quite a lot. The doctors decided that she could be free now. She would have to be supported on a wheelchair, due to the pain, until it becomes lesser enough. With that, Hinami was offered a private jet to be sent back to Japan, back to her family.
Her Aunt knew and understood Hinami’s feelings, hence sending her to therapy. It was the same the****** as last time. But this topic was gonna be hard to talk about, obviously because she still has unanswered questions. But she tried. And it was the most emotional version of her that the the****** has ever seen. Hinami obviously was in regret, and confusion.
Hinami had no choice but to cooperate with the UK police and tell them about who the suspects were. Confronting about Bailey, the police began their investigation. Soon enough, there was enough evidence. There were 4 suspects, Bailey, and the group of men that she met in her school. All 4 were arrested, however, Bailey’s charges were dropped and is being monitored in a mental institution.
