Very active, I would like to take a different role in the server to keep up my activity. I also do tailoring for people, I take on many requests lately so I also have been having my activity on the game very often and constantly have to get on to deliver skins. I do skins daily so I still contribute to srp very often, I am also a Football player on my other account on Sorethru. Another activity I have going on every Wednesday, and the weekend where I have to attend them. So, I do try to attend them daily. My activity is also playing with my friend daily, her ign is we3p. We play almost everyday, sometimes not all day but everyday. As for my school, I always have time to finish my work, it's quite easy so I can manage my time on everything I do. For being a high schooler in srp, sometimes It kinda gets boring since I won't have much to do so I feel like being a employee for Karakura will be much more amazing.
Most of the week, I have free time since I do my tasks first before hand. I know how to separate my work from my time on the game. Some days, I would have to clean the house for my mother, since she would be out of town. I take over her duties, even when she's here I do help but usually she is the one in control so it gives me time.

As time went by while I played, I took srp as a joke for most of the time so lately I was pretty toxic icly, and oocly because not every game will have positivity. But, no excuse, I stopped doing role plays when I was 16 and tried to live a social life before turning 17 during summer, coming upon Srp and thinking it was nothing but merely a game like every minecraft server. So, I was temporarily banned for 10 days for Toxicity. I learned from my lesson, taking it more seriously as I was before when I first was banned, when I was unbanned, I took a month and weeks before organizing myself considering I am almost an adult.

Yes, I am very aware that I will be demoted if I am inactive on srp. I would lose my job unless I am very active.

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
A Receptionist is a job of an Administrative supportive position where somebody sits at the front desk in case for questions, help, and more. The work usually performs in a waiting area where you also have to know how to help and what they are in need of help. A receptionist has different jobs, for example: Schools, hospitals, hotels, or an event building. Receptionists are in charge of taking care of any requests, questions, reservations, assignment, guest registration and so much more. Their job is very important considering they need to help you be in the right spot, right time, and give you the right answer. Of course, as a receptionist you can still ask for help in case to make sure people have reservations and appointments once they ask, sometimes a receptionist would be not notified or would have it listed, of course. That is a Receptionist in a simple explanation. As well as a receptionist that works in a school, they are particularly only supposed to greet students whenever they are approached by one, asking if they are in need of any help like asking questions when tryouts, or when they can register in any forms of joining a club, sports, or certain roles in the school. They are in the position of helping anyone, especially their own staff.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have a lot of experiences, such as combat roleplay mostly, general roleplay, plot roleplays, and so on. As I was 12, in like 2016 or 2017. I roleplayed on apps, other servers and communities like Amino mostly. It was an app, a lot of communities that had different categories that you could choose from. I had it for like 3 years, roleplayed it constantly so I am very experienced in roleplaying.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
I want to join for a new experience, as well as becoming an adult and seeing how it works. I would also like to have more activity as I previously said. Having more activity into this community, and being involved more in it will be fun. I have my motivation and dedication to joining the employee faction. Srp in general is really fun despite the actual toxicity, and the rest of the negative stuff. It's really fun considering you create your own life story as your character, so I want to also have that creation as an adult as well.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Liang simply brushes them off, telling them that. . “I will call SLT, if you do not know how to behave, one warning.” Before, not acknowledging the student any longer since further discussion can cause a bigger scene. She simply gave the student one last warning before she walked off from the student, walking along with no judgment towards the student at all to set the student off. Continuing her day, while she knew better how to handle a situation like that. She definitely will take up the student in discussion in detention. She took a deep breath as she began to walk around the hallways to keep every student in check.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Liang would shout at them to stop, as she did, she would walk over there and have no choice but to call for more help by asking staff through the walkie-talkie. She would not involve herself in a fight where physical contact would already be selected as an insult for the students to keep brawling. She would remember to catch their names and send them to detention after the incident considering they have harmed one another. As she waits for them to be separated by the other staff, she'd simply tell them they have detention and send them off to walk from each other before leaving the scene considering they might come back to brawl again. She stayed there with her hands on her hips, making sure they walk away before she flees from there so she can continue her day.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Liang would confront the young employee, exposing their unproductive behavior. She would ask them to not do it on school grounds or else Liang would go to the Vice, or Dean to have a word with them about their unusual behavior.
Otherwise, they will be fired for their inappropriate act. She simply tells the man/woman to leave the school grounds once again before warning him/her for his/her unwelcome behavior or she, Liang will go and call the Dean or Vice to take care of him/her.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Liang would walk in, making a cup of coffee to start her day to keep her awake once she makes her way to the waiting area, where she has to sit at a desk to be supportive of any student in need. She simply poured in her sugar cubes, caffeine, and that’s it for her! She sipped her coffee as she would relax before looking out the window to enjoy the beautiful view. She noticed one of her employee's was struggling to sit anywhere, so she got up to walk over as she told them they could sit in her seat as she was just able to leave the break room. She guided the employee to her chair before smiling at them, walking out of the room before walking out of the break room to her desk.

/me Liang woke up from her slumber, stretching her arms up before arching her back forward as she got up straight towards the bathroom to begin her face routine. She turned the sink on, grabbing her toothbrush as she placed toothpaste on it before brushing her teeth, shiny and clean! When she was done brushing her teeth, began to wash her face with her Korean supply she ordered before moving to Japan. Liang was pretty obsessed with keeping her beauty stable and well, combing her hair straight as she caressed it down to her shoulder while she left to her Makeup area. She sat down at her vanity, doing her makeup before leaving to work. As she was exiting out of her apartment, she adjust her jacket, hair before she face forward while on the sidewalk. She sigh, as she thinks how she needs a coffee this morning to keep up her excellent work.
/me Liang walked down the hallway, making sure everything was okay, and peaceful considering the school will sometimes have fights. She made sure to have a daily walk around the school to see if any unusual behavior was detected. She continued her walk, noticing two students insulting each other with vulgar choice of words. She quickly went up to them as she shouted to catch their attention that a faculty noticed them. She made sure to tell them to separate each other and walk away or else she would have to warn them for vulgarly insulting each other. The girls refused, she continued to warn them as she noticed it clearly wasn’t working as much as it should. She called more Staff over to help out with the situation, considering the situation got a bit louder and bigger, that she had to stop the fight as soon as possible.
/me Liang was excited to spend her money at the Fashion District with her Friend, She and her friend would always spend on the weekends whenever work is over! Liang was excited, she would always have her special card as she would walk hours and hours to each store. She'd spend every penny, every second, but after an hour or 2. Later, she would always go to the Bowling alley to beat her friend since they love getting competitive with each other since they started doing shopping sprees together on the weekend. She walked in, and her friend as they set their bags down on the sofas before getting ready to grab a ball and beat her again in a Bowling Competition. ... that they only made up for her and her friend, of course. She would roll the ball and so did she as the night continued with a fun night for the girls.

Backstory
Liang Junfeng was one of the few luckiest girls to be born in a wealthy family in Shanghai, a smart young woman who became obsessed with overly fashion making, modeling and traveling for brands. But let's go to the time how she became what she is today. Liang Junfeng, born in China, grew this interest in a show called Pucca, where fashion wasn’t much in it but she loved the clothes as she began to knit her very own sweater when she turned 12, her mother guiding her that path as she took very care of Liang. She had a sibling who's name was Jia Junfeng, it was only her mother and sister in the house. As time passed by, when Liang turned 16, she began a new adventure in Japan, Karakura, where she was forced to move there with her mother and sister to meet her grandmother! Liang had a long journey before she officially moved, right before she went to Karakura High School to make amazing friends.
One day, Her friends and her sister, Liang began taking on the same path of becoming designers with Jia, but as time went, Liang felt like it was never her thing. Why? Her designs came out ugly, she knew that even when she asked her friends and they never truly gave what they thought…
As time went on, She threw away that interest, as her friends and Jia didn’t know what to help cheer her. They decided for her to become a model for her friend's design, of course wearing the design was something she loved. For her natural beauty, talent in makeup she was able to finally love something for herself which was modeling. She became so interested in modeling where she studied poses, walks, and posture.
Liang finally found what she loved, as time went by, she went into four different colleges, Private college, community college, a university and a private university. She was able to receive a Bachelor, Professionals, Associate and Specialist degrees as she graduated successfully, during her early 20s.
Liang in her four colleges, while 18 during her early 20s, before 24. She worked very hard for her goal, her mother was a very nice, wealthy woman. All Liang wanted was a chance to still live in her favor by working hard for her mother. Her mother unfortunately moved away while Liang was away in college for her Master's and modeling career. When she was about to turn 25 less in 1 month, a call happened where she had to leave her modeling career behind.
Then, Liang moved back to China a few days before she had daughters, Ning and Xiuying. Liang was taking a hiatus on modeling since she wanted to spend time with her daughters. She decided to go back to Japan with her daughters to greet Liang's grandmother, However, unfortunately she was sick, Liang's mother told her to not give up on her career, her dreams. It was her mother's wish for Liang where she would want her to live a good life.
Liang took her two daughters and enrolled them into the high-school she went to, Karakura! They weren’t as happy but they showed appreciation towards Liang, their mother for caring for them. Liang took care of her mother, as she was on hiatus from modeling, she still needed more money. So, Liang decided to work at Karakura, she saw what was opening so she could apply. Liang applied to be a receptionist in Karakura, but while she waited, she took care of her two girls waiting to surprise them soon.
During that, she worked and studied tremendously hard about modeling and kept her rhythm during her time in Karakura. She didn't want to lose her aptitude when she was done with her Hiatus, which might take a few months. She was a woman who was able to work two jobs considering when she was 18, she was able to work at a Fried Chicken restaurant, and a street-food booth for only a couple of months before she continued college during those days. Going back to the present, Liang will do her utmost best to keep working, her motivation comes from her girls and mother.
Motivation for Joining KHS:
A Receptionist is a job where nobody really thinks about applying for, but the job comes with tolerance considering you have to constantly be in a waiting area and percieve continuing your job understanding that you must always help the people with constant questions and Of course, as a Receptionist, you must have be there for the kids and adults that ask questions, a lot of questions and help them the best of your ability. My motivation is trying something new and experiencing it. I would not mind joining the Faculty team! Receptionist is a job I do not mind taking, considering I do have tolerance and I am very active! I feel like becoming an adult with a very new experience will just make me more active and why? Learning the job is a journey you take on for yourself, it becomes a goal rather than becoming your favorite thing to do. I might really love being a receptionist and I would love to become one for Karakura.

During middle school, when I was 8th Grade, I would help deliver students to their speeches, rooms and guide them in case they needed help to find their classes. I would also intend my classrooms where I would be the teacher's assistants for the most part. I would pass the papers, help them if they needed to look for answers for whatever questions they had, mostly English and world history. In my 2nd year of High school, I did the same thing back in middle school, delivered slips in most classrooms I had to go, helping students in most of my 2 periods everyday. I enjoy helping people, especially my family and friends.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
Why should I be accepted? As it comes to roleplaying, especially as an adult, you must have maturity and expertise for the role. Precisely how an adult would act, and do in Srp. When it comes to a Job like a Receptionist, you must take it seriously, and professionally. I should be accepted because I have grown maturity when I was 16, my mother was strict so over time I had it grow on me. Role playing was also a thing I tried since the age of 12. I have also grown more knowledge to learn more about becoming an adult considering I'll be 18, previously as I said explaining during my banned period. Took the server more seriously.

She didn't want to lose her aptitude when she was done with her Hiatus, which might take a few months. She was a woman who was able to work two jobs considering when she was 18, she was able to work at a Fried Chicken restaurant, and a street-food booth for only a couple of months before she continued college during those days. Going back to the present, Liang will do her utmost best to keep working, her motivation comes from her girls and mother.
Motivation for Joining KHS:
A Receptionist is a job where nobody really thinks about applying for, but the job comes with tolerance considering you have to constantly be in a waiting area and percieve continuing your job understanding that you must always help the people with constant questions and Of course, as a Receptionist, you must have be there for the kids and adults that ask questions, a lot of questions and help them the best of your ability. My motivation is trying something new and experiencing it. I would not mind joining the Faculty team! Receptionist is a job I do not mind taking, considering I do have tolerance and I am very active! I feel like becoming an adult with a very new experience will just make me more active and why? Learning the job is a journey you take on for yourself, it becomes a goal rather than becoming your favorite thing to do. I might really love being a receptionist and I would love to become one for Karakura.

During middle school, when I was 8th Grade, I would help deliver students to their speeches, rooms and guide them in case they needed help to find their classes. I would also intend my classrooms where I would be the teacher's assistants for the most part. I would pass the papers, help them if they needed to look for answers for whatever questions they had, mostly English and world history. In my 2nd year of High school, I did the same thing back in middle school, delivered slips in most classrooms I had to go, helping students in most of my 2 periods everyday. I enjoy helping people, especially my family and friends.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
Why should I be accepted? As it comes to roleplaying, especially as an adult, you must have maturity and expertise for the role. Precisely how an adult would act, and do in Srp. When it comes to a Job like a Receptionist, you must take it seriously, and professionally. I should be accepted because I have grown maturity when I was 16, my mother was strict so over time I had it grow on me. Role playing was also a thing I tried since the age of 12. I have also grown more knowledge to learn more about becoming an adult considering I'll be 18, previously as I said explaining during my banned period. Took the server more seriously.
