What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
Well, my motivation is my teachers in real life. They are a role model for every kid and even inspire some to become a teacher. Being a teacher means to help kids learn about life and more. A teacher is supposed to protect you at all cost. Being a teacher means being involved as a learner. Being a teacher means being a life-long learner and a curious soul. We need to serve as models for our students and if a teacher is not continually learning and adapting then they cannot expect the students to just acquire those skills. Teachers expectations are for students to learn more things in life and to learn to help people and accomplish their dreams.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?:
Yes, I have been learning the rules each day and roleplaying right and helping new players learn. Helping new players is pretty nice because they could get banned if they do not know what they are doing so that why other players who have been playing for a long time can help them learn about the server and to help them learn the rules.

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:
Classroom logs are what keep tracks of new teachers when they write in the logs the principle will know when the teachers have been working and how many classes they have been doing.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?:
If you would like to start a school field trip, you would have to plan where you want to go, how many students will be allowed to go, and if it involves going into a plane. After you have done all of that you may contact the school principal about it and see if he will accept where you want to go.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
-No talking in the class unless you've been asked too
-Be respectful
-No racism or discrimination
-No food or drinks in the class, they are only for break time and lunch ONLY
-No phones in the class
-Fighting will result in serious consequences
-No swearing or yelling

I've had lots of experience working in RP, gangrp, and helping others in the RP.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
- HD:
They are the Head department, they are in control of making the curriculum as well as being responsible for the NQT's. Usually, the HD's are old but not that old.
- QTLS:
QTLS are experienced in the teaching field, they are properly qualified teachers.
- NQT:
NQT are newly qualified teachers who are usually new to teaching. They are the lowest of them all and have to follow orders strictly. They usually do the least amount of teaching compared to everyone else.
Teacher Knowledge
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
IN character teachers teach whatever they do. They help the students with there work too. If you are being rude to a teacher they are going to be rude to the students, but I think that's bad. How I would react I would stay calm and tell them to please sit down or you will be sent out of the classroom. Teachers teach students important things like about Japan, the students might not know anything about Japan so its good for history teachers to teach them about their country. As for Salary, a teacher gets paid 5k per every five classes. meaning, if you want to make money as a teacher you need to teach more. This in-courageous teachers to be active on the server instead of not being demoted.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
Teachers are important on the server because it helps people learn about Japan and it helps you graduate and go to college.

My character Jace is a sweet and loving boy. He loves his family very much and also helps them a lot. He moved to Japan to see what it would be like living in another country. He has a dog and a cousin who lives in Japan as well. His name is Jamie. Jamie and Jace are good cousins they always hang out with each other and even buy each other lunch sometimes. HIs outlook on students will be very strict, he will be very strict if some students are being disrespectful. Jace's personality is very unique, he has mixed emotions like whenever he's sad, he's happy. It is very complicated and does not like talking about it so whenever someone asks him about he avoids it and becomes not himself. It is like when a robot's battery is dead that is what its like. He shuts off completely for the day and becomes a new one the next day. He feels as if the teachers should be more strict on students as well so they can become more in courage in learning and becoming successful in life. His plan for the future is for him to become a college professor.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: I would tell them to stop and would call the principle to deal with them. I would call the police if there are weapons included, if there were no weapons I would try to calm everyone down. If they are not listening then I would still call the police to get them out of the school or to stop fighting.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
If no one was listening I would smash my fist on the table to get their attention and say that if they listen that they would be my best period and would get a prize.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
He would still be a teacher and would talk to the other teachers about his classes and just relax. He will be mature in school but out of school, he is his normal playful self.

Backstory
Jace is the person who would love to be a teacher. He is a person that is responsible and loving to his family. Jace went to school on history in college so that he would know everything about the History of Japan and more. He looked upon many pages to see how he would apply to become a teacher and what school would be the best for him. He saw that Karakura High was the best go to so he applied and waited a while till he got a reply. Karakura High was full of teachers but he waited till an opening position was opened. A position opened a few months later, it turns out that a teacher had ABUSED a student and was taken to the police station instantly. Jace knew that he had to be cautious when he would get mad so that he would not hurt anyone. Jace had waited a few more days until he had contacted the principal and he got accepted. Jace knew that his first day would be hard since they had a new teacher but he said that it will maybe be fun to make friends with the student so that they will be comfortable with a teacher they know and to make learning fun for them. As I said, I will be strict on some students so that they will listen and learn. The teachers were very nice to Jace and would always help him when he needed it. Some teachers couldn't help him because how nice he was and that they wanted him to be a little stricter so that they don't think that just because I am nice that they can do anything which they do not. Jace has gotten a little stricter on students and they will get used to it for the rest of the school year. Once it is graduation they will pick students who think that have worked hard so that they can be sent to apply for college.
