What's your suggestion?:
For those returning books cant return books if there is no librarian. I suggest putting a Hopper there for when there is no librarian. There can be a book/paper attached to the book with all the information on it so the librarian knows who check out what book and when.

How will this benefit the server and community?:
Library books wont be lost so easily as well as the librarian knowing who checked out what and when it is supposed to come back.

Having a hopper somewhere in the library where it could be disguised as a drop-in box, like some libraries have, would be a neat idea. Going off of @AirconUnit 's idea to submit new books (if that is indeed still a thing) I feel could be something where you would NEED a librarian, as realistically I think it would be better to have the submitter interact with the librarian to give more information as to why the book should be added/what is IN the book would be something neat to see, as it could also give librarians some more needed (in my opinion, love them librarians<3) screentime!

No I'm saying leave it there for Librarians to put it back on the shelf so players dont have to worry about turning it in in time as no librarians are on often

I suggested having a piece of paper with the player/character's name and information on it like when they took the book out
