I am on SRP every day for several hours on a typical day. I currently don't have much going on in my life, so I'm available most of the day unless I'm asleep.

I have a separate character who is with Hoshino Productions. I don't have any other experience working on the server.
List your current roles on the server:
Currently I have a College Bachelor and several grade 12.
What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
I have been roleplaying since 2014. I started on Avakin Life and IMVU. I moved to Roblox and Minecraft, and then to social media roleplaying. Currently, I roleplay every day on Instagram. I have more than 10 active roleplays at a time typically.
What is your motivation for applying?
I would absolutely adore being in EMS. I can't handle blood in real life, so this seems like a good alternative for me. I keep hearing how fun EMS is, and I really want to join! Everyone seems so fun.
Which role are you applying for?

What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?
I don't know too much about the Hospital Faction. Most of my friends are in other factions.
Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are expected to attend or you will be punished?

College bachelor with my major being Biology. I am working towards my masters.
Character’s Nationality:
Japanese.
Character’s Marital Status:
I am single and not looking for a relationship.
Character’s Religious Denomination:
I pray to Catholic and Shinto gods.
Character’s Spoken Languages:
Only Japanese right now, but I'm hoping to learn JSL.
Character Backstory (Optional):
OOC (she would likely never tell you this herself): Yuri was born into a happy, midclass, nuclear family. She had a loving mother and father. Her early years were fairly normal. When she was five years old, her mother gave birth to a little girl. Her name was Ririka Fujihara. Although Yuri loved Ririka to pieces, she was also incredibly jealous of the attention Ririka got. When Yuri was seven and Ririka was two, Yuri's jealousy peaked. She decided that to be in the spotlight again, she would cook her parents a nice meal. Yuri was going to make them see her again. While her parents and baby sister were still sleeping in bed, she got to work. She went downstairs quietly to the kitchen and began to get everything ready. But, as it turned out, she made a crucial mistake. She turned the stove on too high and used far too much oil in the pan. She stepped away for a moment, only a moment! But it was too late. The fire spread quickly and was far too big to be put out. The fire alarms went off. Her parents ran downstairs to see what was happening. Yuri was standing in front of the blazing fire, eyes wide. She cried, apologizing over and over again. Her parents ran upstairs to get Ririka., but Ririka wasn't in her crib. Yuri had moved her little sister downstairs to their playroom. Time was running out. Her parents looked all over for their baby. By the time they found her, the fire was spread over most of the house. Yuri's parents handed the baby over to her and told them to get out quickly. Yuri did as she was told, and, with her baby sister wrapped in her arms, ran out of the house. Her parents never came out. Yuri blames herself completely for what happened that day. She dotes on her little sister both out of love and what she thinks to be her duty for taking Ririka's parents away, despite the fact that Yuri herself was only a child at the time. Yuri doesn't want anyone else to go through what she made her little sister go through. She wants to help as many people as possible in her life.
SECTION 2: MEDICAL HISTORY
What is your character’s medical specialty? Why did they choose this focus?
Family medicine (Though she could also do gynecology) Yuri wants to help as many people as possible in her short time on Earth. She likes taking care of people, so family medicine would be a good fit for her! She likes kids and babies, so gynecology could be a good fit for her too.
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
Yuri is currently doing her hospital internship! I was waiting for her internship to finish before putting in an application but didn't realize they would be closed by the time she finished. She's on day four.
SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?
Yuri's most striking feature is her long, straight brown hair. She has clear blue eyes that hold deep sorrow and regret in them. Yuri has an almost angelic aura to her, always willing to help even at her own expense. She is very well-mannered and polite. She bows almost constantly, a habit she's trying to break.
How does your character act around the hospital?
Yuri is a bit of a busy body, always looking for someone to help. She would typically wait in the lobby to help whoever came in with anything they need.
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
Yuri is very much a team player! She prefers to be around other people and works better in teams.
