About a month or two ago, I’ve been coming on less and less due to the lack of activities for me to do whilst online but have started coming on more frequently lately as I’ve found new goals I’d like to accomplish, but when I am online, it may vary from 3 - 8 hours possibly even more with breaks in between. For most, school is ending but as I am homeschooled, I have to keep up with my work even over the summer but still know I will have lots of time to keep up with my activity.

What experiences do you have with Detail RP?:
I have months of experience with DetailRP from when I first joined SchoolRP till now. I liked to DetailRP clean in my pastime and had to be interactive in a few college classes in which the whole basis of the class was to DetailRP in order for it to be counted as participation. Not only that, I like to DetailRP at random times even when it is not needed. It is a fun concept I enjoy doing though I take my time as it is hard at times to come up with words to elaborate on varying the activity.

What is your motivation to apply for EMS and how will you benefit our medical team?:
My motivation for applying for EMS is that the whole reason I applied for college is because I wanted to study more and improve my prior knowledge, striving to join the medical team for more interactivity whilst I’m online. I want to be able to communicate to the players of SRP more and become more involved in the community, bettering the environment with my capabilities and determination along with activity. I would like to become someone everyone can rely on and go to whenever they need it because I’m becoming as active as I once was before and most willing to help with anything. With this opportunity, I can have a priority I can focus on, allowing me a reason to come on more frequently as I do enjoy coming on but still lack a big factor on what strives me to come on. During my time on SRP, I’ve noticed most of the characters people make usually have a sad backstory or characteristics, possibly personality traits, that can be titled as unhappy or in the conflicted genre, so I want to apply knowing the fact that I can help their characters, bettering their roleplay experience. I want to give everyone the right guidance and measures to take during their time on SRP but I am not able to easily do that with my current status, so that Is why I’m applying now in hopes I am given this wonderful opportunity to further pursue my aspirations and goals.
How I would benefit the medical team is based on the fact that during my time as a College student, I actually took notes to study later on oocly to become more knowledgeable in the medical field, showing that I'm hardworking and responsible. Even now, I still take time to study different disorders or mental illnesses along with medicines for future cases whether it be for oocly or icly purposes. I take pride in what I do and will only offer the best results as such to show my devotion and respect to those who have done so much already for the community. My aptitudes would include how I’m very understanding, relatable, and patient. How this benefits the medical team would be that it goes in hand for the medical role I am applying for. I have experience within the real world involving disorders, mental problems, and just having the yearning for someone who will listen to any and all of your pent up thoughts. I am able to relate to people's feelings and thoughts much more easily than others allowing me to connect with my patients improving our relationship as patient and Psych which would also allow me to figure out a solution to my patients worries or complications in a better way than if the patient wasn’t comfortable speaking their thoughts to me.

Based on my knowledge, unlike the other roles, Psychiatrists go more in hand involving the mental aspects of societal or naturally formed problems within people but not only that, they also deal with physical aspects. Unlike a psychologist, psychiatrists are able to prescribe medications to civilians if it is deemed necessary for the improvement of their mental or physical health. To put in simple terms, Psychiatrists diagnose illnesses and then manage their treatments by offering solutions, medications, or therapies that they think would best fit that specific illness, disorder, or conflict. Psychiatrists, as you can see, indeed are of tremendous importance as they specialize in human functions and observe why people do things and figure out what could be implemented in order to change someone’s actions.
The expectations of a psychiatrist would include having traits that would comfort whoever it may be in need of help or support, along with that, they need to be able to differentiate medications or medicines from each other as to be able to prescribe the correct medication in the right amounts to better that civilians situation, but not only that, they too need to have some knowledge in a variety of illnesses and disorders so they are more informed and have a better idea on how to help a patient.

The Head Physician -
Otherwise known as the superior of other physicians and has the senior management position, the head physician is in charge of setting the balance between the other medical roles, supervising over all activities generally dealing with medical situations/matters. They are a very important role since they hold the utmost pride and ultimate responsibility regarding everything that occurs within the facility or hospital.
Clinical Manager -
This position supervises their establishment in which they work to make sure everything is balanced and runs smoothly. Although the head physician oversees most important medical matters, the clinical manager works more with the staff physically, recruiting, monitoring budgets and generally overseeing day to day tasks and management.
Surgeon -
Unlike the tasks of a Doctor, Nurse, or Psychiatrist, Surgeons go more in hand when it comes to patients, dealing with or treating injuries and diseases through the use of operations. They have to know the human body and its functions or parts very well in order to perform procedures on patients because they physically interact with the patient's implications.
Doctor -
The tasks of a Doctor would include diagnosing and assessing any abnormalities in a patient's system and then carrying out any treatments or prescribing any medications necessary for the improvement of the patient's health while also planning follow up appointments if it is needed to see the progress and updates of the prescribed treatment.
Nurse -
The tasks of a nurse would include monitoring patients throughout the day partnering with other medical staff or specialists continuously in the pursuit of well recovery for their patients. Nurses can do tasks varying from conducting physical exams, performing tests such as drawing blood, and counseling, but mostly tasks can vary depending on a nurse's specialty and their work environment.

Psychiatrists specialize in the mental and physical aspect of psychological issues communicating more with their patients than the other medical roles would. I have researched and looked through many sources along with asking around to confirm my knowledge on all the current emergency color codes but I am only mostly aware and confident of the more common codes such as:
Red - This color indicates any situations that may include a fire or visible smoke within a building or Hospital and to immediately evacuate all patients in a calm manner.
Orange - This color would indicate a spillage of hazardous chemicals or fluids that requires immediate attention in order to decontaminate the area or floor.
Yellow - This color indicates a disaster such as a hurricane, but depending on the degree no evacuation will probably be put in place but most likely a lock down-in-place since depending on where you live, specific natural disasters may be rare in your area but I have researched that it may be an indication for a bomb threat in some cases or in different facilities.
Green - This would indicate an emergency evacuation of all patients and hospital staff, which is more the common indication but other facilities may have green as a code for a patient who has arrived from a tremendous casualty event or for a high maintenance/risk patient that has gone missing.
Blue - This color would indicate a medical emergency situation where a patient requires immediate attention and care most likely for someone going through cardiac arrest, respiratory arrest, or are having a heart attack.
Purple - This color indicates when an abduction has occurred or there is a missing child which will most likely end in a lockdown search until the child is found.
Pink - This color is similar to code purple but it is when an infant has gone missing or has been abducted from a facility or without parental consent to be taken.
White - In most cases, code white is an indication for an aggressive patient informing the staff members to care for the other patients and ensure their safety but in other facilities, it can be an indication for an emergency evacuation as well.

Fleurette Delenfer-Luo, is a French native female which would be where her most noticeable and subtle French accent would come from. She’d weigh an average of 137 pounds at the height of 5’6, making her on the fit and healthy side of the spectrum. Natural, virgin blonde hair and blue jeweled eyes which would embody her mature like facial features. She’d have exceptionally long lashes, pink soft lips, and a Greek nose, but there’d as well be visible eyebags beneath her upturned eyes.
Above all, her personality would be compared to a Lily of the Valley. She’d be kind, beautiful, and shining to all that notices her and surrounds her, but consume her and use her for the wrong, you’ll be painted with a fatal poison. She is not one to mess with as a mother to three and a dear friend of many. She knows how to adapt to her surroundings and events, even to the people she converses with and also can read moods well allowing her to change the way she speaks to better fit the situation at hand.
What he/she's like on and off the job?

Fleurette on or off the job, there isn’t much of a noticeable difference as her personality is very much overall sweet, warm, and makes everyone very comfortable around her. On the job, Fleur most likely can be seen chatting with visitors, co-workers, and even patients, welcoming everyone as well as making them feel safe when she's on break or the day is going by slowly with no patient in need of her. Though when she is on duty, her focus is always on her patients(s), giving them undivided attention and care. She would always have little treats or gifts for her patients in order to make them comfortable before beginning her sessions no matter their age and would sometimes play LoFi music during sessions for those who turn to music as a way to express themselves. Not only does she like to chat, you can sometimes faintly hear her humming tunes and bobbing her head side to side as music is her top source of relaxation when on duty. Her goal every time she's on duty is to give it her all, staying positive for the best possible outcomes, and never lacking in the things she does benefitting her patients.
Now, when she's off duty, she can be found with her children, laughing and smiling, making joyous memories. She greets everyone and her friends with kindness, always checking up on everyone's health, complimenting everyone every chance she gets but sometimes her undying kindness can be her downfall. Although she understands her duties as well as that she can not befriend all, she will continue to make a change and see the beauty in everyone's words and actions no matter the scar it may create on her. Not only that, despite her mature aura and physique, she looks up to her seniors as idols, people who she dearly respects for their sacrifices and the time they give in to caring for their patients and never ceasing to quit.
Fleur’s future plans are to spend as much of her life as she possibly can helping those around her, returning the care she received as a child. Fleurette Delenfer-Luo, born in Marseille, France on October 12th, into a well loving family, mother being Marla Delenfer and father, Tether Delenfer, as well as later having a baby sister named Reinah Delenfer. Her father worked as a business advisor and her mother at a daycare. She’d visit her parents at work or tag along often because she was intrigued in what they did. Fleur would help her mother at the daycare as much as she could everyday after she was let out from school and became a sisterly figure to the little kids. She felt a sense of responsibility to care for them all and bring smiles to their faces. One day she got amazing news of her mother's pregnancy with Reinah Delenfer. During her mothers months of pregnancy, she could feel distress in her mothers actions the more time passed and helped her as much as she could while her father was at work. While Fleur was at school, now being age 13, they had an assembly where they were visited by a doctor and psychologist who spoke of mental illnesses, depression, and who to go to for support.
This was the start of Fleur’s adornment of those in the medical field. Her mother returned to the daycare months after giving birth, leaving Reinah with Fleur’s aunt but would sometimes bring her along for the other kids to play with her and Fleur would of course tag along, missing the little ones. Fleur would tell them the same story of her assembly and how courageous they were. Since that year, Fleur started studying medicine and illnesses even if it got tiring at times. Later on, Fleur is now 16, her father got a business offer that would change their lives for the better and everyone was excited but the catch was that they’d have to move to Japan and leave their memories and lives behind in France.
