WHAT YOU NEED TO SUGGEST OR MENTION: Make houses a donator perk
-The houses in Karakura, while pretty, are almost completely useless, sure they're nice scenery but they serve no functionality and are kind of just there for the sake of them being there.
-While some houses are reserved for teachers, the majority are still unused and houses would gain functionality if they became a perk
-By letting people get houses as a donator perk or even letting them purchase them outright on the store, it'd encourage people to donate and thus help with the server's income.
-Houses should only be able to be owned by players without apartments or penthouses, if they want a house they'd need to relinquish ownership of their apartment or pent thus allowing apartments to be bought
by players who cannot buy houses.
-Apartments plugin could work here but in case it's too difficult, you could just go back to the old way of asking staff to help with building, giving the player perms to the doors, and putting a sign in front of the house
with the player's username
-Players could/should be forced to pay an in-game (one-time) sum for the houses as well.
I'm super interested in knowing what others think of this! I know it sounds kind of p2w-ish, but some people I asked about this said it was a good idea so I thought I'd suggest it.
