Oh! well, first, have a gif, then, get the link to the gif, it can be from tenor, giphy, or even if you click "open image" in new tab on discord, you can use that url by going on the forum to edit your signature and click 'Insert image' , and then paste that URL! :D Atleast, thats how I do it :D
