How do I become the owner of a bar?

I want to run a bar but i have no clue on how to start up a business or how old one must be to buy and or own a bar. And also if I do get my own bar I would likewise want to be able to sell muffins if possible because this server is great but it is serverly lacking in muffins of many many different flavors!!
