How do I play?

I Have tried multiple times, but i am physically not able to play. All commands are blocked, even the /help command, so I can't find my way around. I also tried to get help in the discord, but no-one helped.

In real life, can you do /help? No

This server is like real life but with in minecraft! You don't have commands like /msg , tpa/tp/to or any plug in commands because it's unrealistic.

I dont get the problem, but if your commands dont work such as /bal and /am or /at. Talk to Ducks about it

I asked people how to lay down and I did what they said but it didnt do anything. For example I would do /sit and i would sit then i would do /lay and nothing would happnen
