I already got the 3rd language approved and the application for the 3rd language slot approved but I dont know how to get it equipped, can anyone tell me how?

If you applied for a 3rd Language Slot and a 3rd Language application accepted, you just have to wait for your language to be added as far as I know. To use it you just use /lang <language> <message>, /langw, or /langy - for a message in that language.
you dont equipe it. Once it gets approved its automatically part of your account and like what Creature said you /lang.
