In game some people have mobile phones and I wanted to know how to get one.

You can usually buy them at various different stores around the map. In chat, shop owners will announce when they are open so make sure to look out for them.

OR You can buy one from someone who is selling extras. Just ask around or listen around.

Sometimes in OOC people will announce that they're selling phones, that's a great time to go buy one. Otherwise, people usually look out for Advertisements announced by Shop Owners that their store is opening. Usually, they'll give a small example of what they sell, and they'll give the location to their store.
