The way I think you get a job is on the web. but idk if I have to be in collage or an adult, so would you please help know how or if I can get a job?

How exactly may I get a job? I don't know if I have to be above 12th grade.

There are multiple jobs you can have on SRP. You can either work as a student in a Shopkeeper's shop or you can apply for a job here on the forums. The jobs linked, will already make your character adult (25 years +) so you don't have to be on a specific grade. If you get accepted, your roles and age will change.
When leaving the faction after a few months of being active, you might get the Adult tag, depending if your faction lead agrees
You can apply for Shrine staff, Hospital staff, Shopkeeper, Police officer, Lawyer/Judge, Reporter, Teacher, Professor, and School employee
All you have to do is follow the pinned format and post your application on the one that you are interested in the most
