How to get IDs

I asked on the server, but I don't think anyone answered or if they did it scrolled too fast. Where do you get an ID and what age does your character need to get one legally? Or is this totally something we should already know and/or find out in RP?

Once you are college student rank or over, you automatically receive an OOC ID that you may use in /me's, such as /me shows ID.
This is only if your rank says [19] or above.

Once your character is 16+, you can receive a physical ID from the town hall. You'll have to pay 5,000 Yen for it but it will allow you to show your ID to people by right-clicking them with it held.

As for your graduation question, you'll have to wait for a test to proceed upwards to college or receive a scholarship through teams.
