Jobs can be applied for via the forums, although there are certain allocated server you need to be in to apply. Bellow I've provided a link to the paychecks and allowances guide, which you will find helpful when learning how much you make from different jobs, and the link to the applications, and a icly report I myself made, which you may find helpful when thinking of what job to apply for based on your character.
