TRIVIA QUESTIONS
What is the student council and what do they do?:
The student council during the school day usually just, patrols the school oversees over students making sure they don't break the rules and helping them if they are able to so that they can keep the school a safe environment for everyone. And if needed they are able to pass out detention to troublemakers. They also organize fun events with help from different clubs as to create fun rp scenarios for the students and teachers. They can be seen as teachers with a tad less permission, but they are just students as well honestly.
What motivated you to apply for council? (e.g. Interests, friends, etc.):
Srp has felt a bit stale for me recently. I feel like I don't have any purpose to do anything in the server anymore. So I wanted to challenge myself by joining a faction again so I can reignite the spark I used to have. I also hope to make more friends by joining this faction and roleplay more than I do now. Plus attending council meetings, hanging out with other council members, passing out detention slips, helping create events or even giving ideas as to what we can do AND most importantly looking really drippy with the armband while patrolling around school searching to help people or to scream no PDA at someone sounds so neat and I really want to try doing all those things. And don't let me get started on intimidating people that could be doing something that's even slightly against the school rules or even finding someone with a contraband and having to notify the teachers or give chase to them as I've seen some council member do to some people sometimes.
Are you aware that you’ll be having to use your creativity and teamwork ethic within the student council? (e.g. Coming up and helping with events):
Yes I am. And I really want to try my best especially for a Halloween event or even a Christmas one. Costume parties are really cool.
Can you list the roles in the council along with other roles that might be important to the council?:
Council Roles
Presidents
First off are the Presidents there is one president in the high school council and one in the college council. They are the big bosses of the council overseeing all other roles, making sure everything is going well and that their own council members aren't doing anything that breaks the rules and staying active on duty. They also get the final say on which events are going to happen and which are not going to.
Vice Presidents
The Vice Presidents, just like the presidents. Have one vide president in the high school council and one in the college council. But unlike the Presidents the Vice Presidents are the second in command you could say they are also the Presidents right hand or a helper to them. They do whatever duty the Presidents befalls onto them so they essentially do the same stuff. They also have some say in what events get approved. When a President isn't available it is usually the Vice Presidents that take control of whatever is needed to be done.
Council Member
The council members do everything from patrolling the school grounds during school hours to helping come up and organize events. They do everything they can to make sure everyone stays safe and follows the school rules without causing a commotion and making other students panic. There are also some sub roles like for example being the council secretary and historian. Council members are expected to keep in touch with the school faculty if something happens though or a student is causing a lot of trouble. Still though, they are able to threaten troublemakers and handout detention slips on their own. In short they should be the ones that stay calm and keep the students in check.
Training Committee
There is not much to say about the training committee. They do everything else that a normal council member does. But they also have the responsibility of training newbies of the council and helping them learn the ropes.
School Faculty roles
I am pretty sure that most school faculty roles are important but by far the most important for me would be:
SLT
The chancellor for the college, principal for the High school and generally most SLT member because they are the ones that handle if someone gets expelled and generally everything on school grounds. They are the big bosses of the big boss. Everything goes through them. If someone is caught with a mask or anything that is a contraband they get to make the choice if its serious enough to expel them.
Caretakers
The caretakers are the ones responsible who for mainly monitoring the halls aside from the council members. If anything gets too hard for a school council member to handle these are the ones that should be notified first.
Nurses
The nurses are the ones responsible for treating students and giving them first aid. Council members should always try to get in touch with a nurse and notify them of any situation that can end with a student or even school staff getting hurt. Whether that is a fight that happened, someone drowning on the pool or generally anything that needs medical attention. And if they are not available another council member should be notified immediately so that the can get first aid responders from the hospital to come and treat whoever got hurt.
Everything else
Even though those roles above are the ones that I think are the MOST important ones. It is safe to say that everyone in the school faculty is important from Teachers and professors to the librarians and cooks. And if any role from above can't be found they are the next in line that should get notified in any kind of event.

While students gather for a school assembly, one student behaves disruptively, causing a disturbance. How would you manage the situation to restore order effectively while minimizing any additional disruptions to the assembly?
"If I was there..." she would put her finger to her mouth thinking for a bit before nodding and starting to say. "The first thing I would do is walk up to the student and kindly explain to them that they need stop as they are being disruptive and causing a commotion, as well as ask them if they need to step away for a bit as to calm down."
She'd let out a slight sigh. "But if they still kept at it with no sign of wanting to calm down I would radio someone to calmly come help me escort them away from the assembly and even threaten them with detention."
"Lastly if they don't show any signs of complying with the escort. I would radio a faculty member to come help me and my fellow council member, as well as handing them a detention slip for all the disturbance they could have caused during the assembly. And alongside the help of the faculty member escort them away from the assembly and let the faculty member take it away from there. After all they have years of experienced with teaching and students compared to us. So they will be able to make sure the student keeps away from causing any more problems."
Had a small grin on her face. "Although I'd have to say I would feel pretty cool and proud of myself for de-escalating the situation. And seeing them n detention would make me happy as well."
A student refuses to take their mask off after you’ve brought up detention and they’ve run away! What do you do?
"I would immediately radio other council members, as well as faculty members of the situation, where they were last seen and any distinguishing attire they could have been wearing as to try to identify them even if they took of the mask. Generally trying to give all the available information I have on them. All the while I would try my best to keep up with them since, I am not the fastest girl around here. I would also ask if there is anyway anyone could check the school camera system to try our best keep track of them. All the while trying to get the troublemaker to stop by telling him that their punishment won't be as severe if they calm down and take off their mask."
Nodded at her own words before saying. "And if we managed to find and catch the trouble maker. I would go up to the faculty members and give them a report on everything that happened. So they can know exactly why he is probably going to get put into detention."
A teacher observes concerning behavior from a student, including the creation of disturbing artwork and verbal threats toward peers. How would you collaborate with the teacher to evaluate the situation and intervene appropriately to address potential safety concerns?
"Starting off!.. I would ask the teacher exactly what happened as so that I can understand better how severe the situation is. Although to be honest I never condone that style of behavior, no matter how small, it always takes a toll on another person or in this case student."
Took in a deep breath calming herself before continuing. "After I get all the information I need from the teacher. I'd ask them if they could do some sort of activity to keep the students engaged while I'd go up to the students creating such pieces of work and asking them what their purpose in doing so is. I would then explain to them how doing such things in class is disturbing towards the other students. And that if they do not stop such behavior it could get them into trouble and possibly even detention if they have done this multiple times in the past especially towards the same person or group of people. Because then it could count as an act of bullying. But dealing with that is a Job much more fitting for a faculty member. So after my warning and everything I'd go and explain the situation to the teacher so that they can take the appropriate actions that are needed."
A group of students asks for your permission to stage a protest on school grounds. Would you allow them to protest? If so, how do you ensure that the protest does not disrupt the school environment while upholding their freedom of expression?
Shook her head before looking up and answering. "I do not believe that it would fall onto me a student council member to give permission for such a large scale thing. And because of that I would advice them to talk to SLT and figure out how do a friendly school protest from there. Or maybe even tell the complains they have directly to them so there wouldn't be the need for a bigger commotion, because I do believe that everyone has the freedom to express their opinions. But if they are able to schedule a day for a peaceful protest as some sort of event with the SLT I would much rather they do it somewhere where it wouldn't bother any other students and their school day."
A teacher/receptionist has told you that you are doing something that goes against what you were trained by your higher-ups. How would you react to this?
"I would accept their words and apologize from my actions at that moment. I would tell them that I would try my best to stay on the right path in the future and not step out of line again. Then I would go to one of the higher ups that trained me and tell them exactly what happened and in the case that I didn't understand from the teacher how exactly I was wrong. I would ask my higher up to explain it to me so that I could be positive not to do it again and make sure to respond to the situation in a better and more professional way the next time it could happen."
Please provide at least one detailed event that the council can use as a future event to showcase your creativity! (Must be 300 words or more for one event):
The haunted carvings!
"This event would take place around Halloween and during this event, a bunch of clubs would have the chance to come together and promote themselves by setting up stalls that could either sell stuff or even have clubs provide different services to them during the time of the event. Like for example a cooking club selling Halloween based cookies, maybe even pumpkin pies! Or have an occult club do tarot card readings. As well as having the photography club be able to take pictures. There could also be the normal Halloween carnival activities like apple bobbing and that one where someone sits over a tub of water and the player has to hit the target so they fall into the water, I absolutely love that one. And as usually there would be rewards for those games like plushies or masks. Lastly we must not forget the dance floor that must be there at all costs, with music provided by none other than the music club! But those are all the side attractions."
"The main part of this event would be a pumpkin carving contest where contestants would be urged to wear silly and wacky pumpkin themed costumes to go alongside them of course though this event would be announced some weeks before so they could get them ready! But as for the pumpkin carving part everything would be done on school grounds hopefully with the help of the gardening club. Contestants could go either solo or up to a group of 4 where they would work together or alone. To create an absolute masterpiece of a carved pumpkin. Of course though we can't have a contest without winning (cash) prizes while there are much more parts in this event of less importance that might have some. So starting with first place, the prize would be a sum of 125.000 Yen. For second place, a crisp 85.000 Yen. And for last place, 50.000 Yen. Having a total off 260.000 Yen spent on prizes. Which, hopefully most of that will be covered by the stalls the clubs will be running while of course they will have their own share of the cut from what they sell! We aren't greedy here I believe."
"So all in all this is an event that I believe will be able to bring the students of both the High school and College together. And make for some fun interaction between clubs and friends, and maybe even faculty members if they want to participate in the other mi****mes during the event. Plus winning bragging rights for being able to come atop of other, hopefully, skilled pumpkin carvers does sound pretty awesome, no?"

I love seeing people happy after they thought there was no way out of a hole they were in. So yeah. I try my best to become the best version of myself I can."
Appearance/attire (Please provide a picture):

What separates you from other applicants seeking your position?:
Let out a small sigh. "Sadly not much, I am not that different from an average girl, I am not physically gifted like for example in speed, or strength, or even that smart. And let's be honest I am sure anyone can act kindly towards other people especially if they are applying for this position. BUT!" Looked at them with a strong glint in her eyes as she leaned forward. "If I know one thing about myself that might separate me from anybody else. Is that I never give up no matter what, and with that I can totally uplift others when something goes wrong during an event. Plus aside from that I am a really hard worker. Although I do acknowledge that this spot is a team effort and nothing good will come out if I try to do all the hard work by myself."
Why do you want this position?:
"I really really really want to help with events in any way possible! As well as patrolling and keeping the school safe from troublemakers. To be honest I might like patrolling around more." She would look down seeming a bit embarrassed before looking up again. "Truth be told, ever since I was a little kid I've had a strong sense of justice but because of... How weak and slow I am, I don't think I'll ever be able to join the Karakura police department, so I would much rather be able to do this till I am able to graduate and help as many students as I can."
What interests you the most about student council?:
She would giggle before saying "I love the dynamic between council members a lot, I love how family-like it feels. And I especially love how they go and patrol around school making sure everyone is safe and that they aren't breaking the rules, and I want to do that as well to make sure the new students and even old ones can feel safe in the halls. AS WELL AS getting rid of that pesky PDA action. And the events interest me as well, I really want to be part of the team when one is getting set up, seeing the smiles on everyone's faces while they are having fun would mean the world to me."
What could you contribute to make the school a safe and fun environment?:
"What I could do? Well patrol around for hours and hours catching people that could be doing something wrong and maybe even hanging them detention slips. But of course not only that! Helping them as well with any problems they have either it is something like being lost on school grounds or even needing help because they got hurt." She would look at them scratching her head. "And well for making it a fun environment, I would be more than happy to help with the events and share the ideas I have for future ones."
