Describe your activity on the server:
My activity on the server varies over periods of time. Similar to the weather! It can go from sunny to stormy in a day or two. But overall, I'm more active during EU hours. Or if not, then 7 AM-4 PM or more! During the summer holidays or any holiday. But during schooltime, it's 4 PM–7 PM. And maybe 6 AM-7 AM if I'm awake by then!

Are you aware that inactivity can result in removal from the council?

Yes, I am indeed aware of such a plague.

TRIVIA QUESTIONS

What is the student council, and what do they do?

The student council is a group of students that consist of both college and high school who represent the minorities and major groups within the school. These students are usually selected by faculty to assist them in teaching and dealing with the 20% or more students that don't fit their standards. They are usually the ideal and 'role-model' students who represent what a 'good' student of the school should be like and embody. They mainly help out faculty though and help out students that need the help! They play a vital and essential role in keeping order within the school, though, as they do the lesser jobs that faculty don't particularly have time for. They are usually a way for new players to learn how to RP to a certain extent too, though. They usually also play a role in holding assemblies and events within the school and monitoring classes to make sure things are going smoothly. Students within the council are expected to be mature and be able to report to SLT consistently and within a good timespan of an event happening. The council is also the voice that represents the students, so they can recommend suggestions to the faculty on how to improve the school.
What motivated you to apply for council? (e.g., interests, friends, etc.):
My motivation to join the council is as simple as sand. I've always had this intrigue pulling me into the idea of being related to assisting students ever since I joined SRP; it just sort of came to me when I joined. I had a general passion for teaching/mentoring or generally assisting others, my peers, or in general anyone! It's really the urge to assist in any way I can. I've also always been drawn and allured into any roles related to faculty—a sort of soft spot, you could say. It's something that I'd much prefer over any other role as a student. Another main factor within my love for this faction is that I've always looked up to the councillors as if they were this hybrid between faculty and students. It's the perfect mix for me, I feel, and just not the full experience of one.

Are you aware that you’ll be having to use your creativity and teamwork ethic within the student council? (e.g., coming up and helping with events):
I am indeed aware that I need to use such skills and do such tasks.
Can you list the roles in the council along with other roles that might be important to the council?

President

The presidents are the leaders of the council for both high school and college. They are essential for keeping the other ranks in check and in order; similar to feudalism, they are to say the barons/lords of the kingdom. Of course they have their own independent responsibilities within the school. But they usually follow a similar list of responsibilities: 1. Holding council meetings 2. Checking the council members. 3. Training. 4. Running/planning events for the students. 5. Giving orders to all bellow them. But the two presidents are indeed different, as they are not clones of each other!

Vice President

The vice president is the rank below the president and is usually the one who does the minor tasks or leftover tasks of the president or any jobs that have yet to be done yet. They have a few responsibilities along with the president, but they are different as the vice president has less. These people are like the heirs or regents to the barons (presidents), so when they are not there, they take over until they return.

Councillors

The councillors are responsible for patrolling the hallways and ensuring the overall protection and safety of the students during class and during free periods. They are usually around campus and ensuring that students are following the rules and regulations of the school. They are usually needed to end fights or verbal assaults within the school. They are able to give out detentions and warnings to the ones that don't follow the school rules.

Prefects

These are students handpicked by SLT to patrol hallways and ensure the safety of the students within school hours.

SCENARIOS

While students gather for a school assembly, one student behaves disruptively, causing a disturbance. How would you manage the situation to restore order effectively while minimising any additional disruptions to the assembly?

''I mean, if that occurred during an assembly, I don't know what I'd do! I suppose I would attempt to do a whisper to them to not talk and listen carefully to the assembly because it may be important, but... If that didn't work, I would probably warn them and tell them if they don't stop, I will have to warn them and maybe give them detention. If that's not working, I might just ask SLT to deal with that individual! Or If I could, I would remove them from the assembly and talk to them further outside, but I think I can't do that. ''
A student refuses to take their mask off after you’ve brought up detention, and they’ve run away! What do you do?
''I suppose If something like that were to happen, I would be forced to talk to my peers. My fellow councillors, I would say describe the masked figure and the situation to them and give chase to the individual. If I lose sight, I would inform an SLT member or faculty member who is near me.''
A teacher observes concerning behaviour from a student, including the creation of disturbing artwork and verbal threats towards peers. How would you collaborate with the teacher to evaluate the situation and intervene appropriately to address potential safety concerns?
''I would discuss with the teacher what I would like to do, and if they are okay with such an action, I would propose the offer that I take the student up to the roof or council room to discuss the 'issue' or mental concern with me, but of course the class is the teacher's domain, so whatever they wanted me to do, I would commit to such an idea. Teachers are very busy people, and the least they want is a mentally unstable teen in their class! ''
A group of students asks for your permission to stage a protest on school grounds. Would you allow them to protest? If so, how do you ensure that the protest does not disrupt the school environment while upholding their freedom of expression?
'' I would originally say that I would love to hear ideas that I can pass on to the council so we can discuss further about this little protest, but if they are impatient and wish to commit to it sooner, I would allow the event after telling my fellow councillors. Preferably, I'd adhere to a peaceful meeting with the revolt leader and the higher council to discuss the terms of the protest and when it would take place. I would insist on having councillors seen so it doesn't turn into an aggressive protest that disturbs the learning of the students. ''
A teacher/receptionist has told you that you are doing something that goes against what you were trained by your higher-ups. How would you react to this?
''I would inform them that I would need to be told the rule that I had 'broken' and the line number that this rule was allocated in.''
Please provide at least one detailed event that the council can use as a future event to showcase your creativity! (Must be 300 words or more for one event):

Historical Figure Day!

''Have you ever wanted to express your love for the past and the geopolitics and internal politics of countries? No?? Oh well, uhm.. DEAL WITH IT!!''

''This event would be a simple day where students have the option to dress up as their favourite world leaders, present or past. Of course you can't dress up as a dictator, but still. This event would aim to try and get students to understand the importance of history within modern life and how the nation, their government, and their leaders were essential for shaping the modern day. All have the option to take part in a small contest where unmotivated faculty pick which one looks. Decent, and it could be what the actual figure looked like at the time. The prizes would be stickers. Wait, are those still a thing? Oh well.''

''Students would have the chance to educate others on the history of that figure in any manner they want! Of course they can have props too to show who's who and what country. Remember, appearance is everything and is essential to creating a good look for the person you pretend to be.''

''I think that it would be a great opportunity to show preference by the students to who they think are the best historical figures to look up to as inspiration. This could be a great chance to also educate everyone on major things. Not just karakura politics''

''You can also show your great mind and thoughts about what your idol could've done to be better during the time they ruled their section of the world! Students can show off their educational prowess and show how they are better than others when it comes to history. Of course this would be on a stage so people can also boost their confidence.''

Bring your relatives to school!

''Ever wanted to show who truly has the better car or... job whatever. Well, then invite your relative to school to show what they do to get money.''

''This event would have adults being allowed onto school grounds, of course being checked heavily before going into the grounds, to teach the kids about what they do for a living and how they could get into the profession and how much dedication it costs for them to commit to.''

''For example, you can bring in your aunt, who may be a shopkeeper, so she can teach your friends how business works and how they can commit to doing business, and maybe she can teach you how to do that job too if you aspire to be like your aunt.''

''This would create a bubble of insight into professions for the students of Karakura High and College to learn what they want to do with their long lives ahead of them. This would also benefit the KPD; as usual, children and teens with no ambition become criminals and commit more crime compared to people with more of an ambition. A stride for a better life''

''This may heavily affect the whole of the students, as they may want to be better than each other in that profession. Creating friendly goals and a drive to do good in life. Therefore, this may make them want to attend more classes and be a better student as they get the dream of getting such a role they have dreamed of for so long.''

''This would take place all over campus, and we can easily create a hunt where people can try and find each profession that came to the school with their daughters, sons, cousins, e.g. But it'd be great fun for the students!''

How would you describe your personality?
''I guess I'd be like a cat. Yeah, a bit of a bad description, but I can be energetic but also very sleepy or tired. But overall, I have a stride for excellence and to do well in life! I am also very happy to help my friends and family with issues they face. I guess you could call me a bit of an emotional support individual who's just there to help her friends in times of need when they need her.''

''Overall, I feel as if I'm a very positive person who tries to help and bring the best out of the darkest of people. I'm also a bit of a bookworm who loves studying. ''

What separates you from other applicants seeking your position?

''Hard one! I'd say I'm very positive in all situations, and I feel as if I can work effectively in a team that consists of my peers. Of course, I'm also very dedicated compared to others, as I always finish the things assigned to me with precision and accuracy in all ways I can. I'm also very considerate, and I take into account every single thing in a situation and dissect it to get a full view of what will be going on.''
Why do you want this position?
''Hmmm, hard one... I really want this position too, though. I really want to assist the students and their general lives in whatever way I can, to be honest. I'd also enjoy being a representative of the people and tell the council about what they think should be improved about the average student's life. To me, input is important too, so I want to help people by giving them a chance to tell me their suggestions. ''
What interests you the most about student council?
''My main interest in the student council is the main purpose. Helping the students and representing them in any way needed. To me the students matter the most and they are the base of the school. And I don't know why but I love the idea of helping them in all ways possible!''

''I also just maybe.. Want a reason to stare at students for no reason at all!''
What could you contribute to make the school a safe and fun environment?

''Hm- Yeah the sky is really nice. Oh sorry.. I could contribute a safe feel to the environment and the feel that us, the students are safe from any danger. And of course I would always be walking around making sure everyone is okay.. To an extent. Of course I'm always available for people to talk to me about their worries in life and in school. We all need someone to talk to about the issues in life and in school. I think I can do that and to help the students would be enjoyable for me. I'm sort of unbiased so I'm pretty good with punishing both parties for an issue that they both caused or created''
