At first when I started playing SRP i was mainly focused on the school side of it before learning crime and gangrp. I have been gangrp'ing on SRP for a while now. I have a strange activity set as there are time im unsure if I'll be able to get on and then there are times were ill be online for almost 24h. There are times I'll be on a semi-inacitivity due to exams, but i mainly have about a month notice before it will happen. Weekdays are when im the least active but there are still times where i do play in the weekdays. I have school from Monday-Thursdays. Sometimes i have extra classes as im currently studying medical and computering so to balance it out I sometimes take extra classes. On weekdays I am mainly free unless there are family or medical emergencies. I have mainly dedicated my playtime to my Grade-12 character due to the fact i have chickened out on most of ther other applications. I also have times where i play my service dog character. I don't really play any servers but SRP and a SMP server but im more active on SRP.
Discord Activity:
I'm very active on my discord. There are only small times im not truelly able to check my discord. That would be at school due to a no phone policy, When im out shopping or with family. My discord notifications are always on, on my phone or pc. I check my notifications almost on a daily so ill respond quickly for messages on my discord. There are times where my wifi bugs out where I might respond a bit late.

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
There are quite a few meanings or jobs a role nurse can play inside or outside school. But for the purpose of it being a school faction role, I'll mainly be sticking to what a nurse does in school.
What is a school nurse?
A school nurse is a caretaker in the medical faction of school that takes care of students' or faculty's health and safety. School nurses also assist with medical conditions, School emergencies, and communicating with EMS if a medical situation is out of their range of service.
A school nurse should be someone who can handle their emotions in medical situations. They should be able to stay calm even when there could be chaos going on around them; they have to stay focused to ensure they don't neglect their job as a nurse. Nurses have to ensure they make no mistakes, as mistakes can cost them their job or even a patient's life. Yes, even as a school nurse, small mistakes can lead to death. They should also ensure they aren't only there to work on injuries. Medical conditions are also something nurses have to ensure they can focus on. In situations of a student or even faculty having a panic attack, asthma attack or even allergic reaction, they should have enough knowledge to be able to help in assisting them. Hospital staff can also be alerted, but Nurses have to ensure it's kept under control till their arrival.
What do school nurses need to be able to do their job?
The most important thing they need is a medical background, like a scholarship or a degree. School nurses need to be someone you can trust, they can't be someone you fear to talk to or tell when something is wrong. Yes, there are changes when you might feel scared due to ur issue being through bullying or panic from the injury still. Nurses should be someone who can comfort students and reassure them that they are in safe hands and will be able to make it through the situation.
Why are school nurses important?
School without a nurse could lead to chaos, yes, in some schools, teachers can know a bit of first aid, but nurses are more trained in that field. School nurses help keep schools safe and help you know that if you are ever hurt, there is someone to help. Nurses are also able to contact the hospital in situations where they are needed. Nurses also help stop the spread of illnesses by sending students home or taking proper steps to ensure it doesn't spread.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have been roleplaying for about 6 years. Not all of the roleplay has been in SRP; there have been a few that I have done in other games that also involve roleplay. I started roleplaying in SRP about 2-3 years ago. Roleplay is something I enjoy. I have had experiences in writing roleplay/comic books in my free time when I'm not busy on SRP or busy with studies. Roleplay is something I have enjoyed and still this day, enjoy quite a lot. I don't have alot of faction-related roleplay on SRP, but there has been on other servers. Before I started playing SRP, I used to play a roleplay game based on my favorite anime. It had a few factions you could play where the caretaker, nurse and parent roles were mainly my favorite to play. With the caretaker role, you mainly played as a caretaker for a bunch of children, helping them with their daily needs and providing breakfast, etc. The nurse role was mainly to take care of infants who have just been born and still need parental care and a lot of caretaking. The parent role was played to act like the parent for a bunch of orphan children. Tho i have since I started srp stopped playing the game.
SRP Related Roleplay:
I have done a lot of gang or criminal RP on SRP in the 2-3 years I have been playing. It's something I do in my spare time as I find it interesting, and it has a mysterious RP behind it as you can't always predict what will happen. There are times when I detail spars or even actions that I enjoy doing. Aside from gangrp or criminal rp, I have a service dog character that I also play on my service dog character. There have been a few experiences where I had to do a lot of thinking, even when doing the application; a lot of thought goes into the RP. While on that character, I have had to RP out helping my handler with panic attacks, or even anxiety attacks of a different character. There have been small things like having to calm down the handler or help them manage anger or PTSD situations.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
There are quite a few reasons why I have decided to join the employee faction. I find that it can lead to a lot more RP experiences that I can't gain on the character slots I currently have. I'm also in love with medicine, and it inspired me to apply for the nurse role. There have been a few times I have wanted to apply but ended up chickening out due to the stress of denial. I truly think the employee faction of SRP is something unique and fun to try out. A few of my friends have had these roles, and interacting and RP'ing with them has been truly fun and has inspired me a lot to try something new as well.
I feel like trying in this new faction, I can learn more about roleplay as well. I'm someone who enjoys learning new things and putting myself in different types of situations, and the employee factions are exactly like that. There is never a day I have seen this faction experience the same thing over and over. It's something I have been looking at for a while, but I always put off to the side. This faction can also open the floor to different types of factions I could find an interest in. The faculty faction has been my favorite since I started in SRP because without it, I would have never had a bunch of new experiences or the fun lessons provided.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
She stood there for a moment, frozen in pure shock. She let out a soft sigh as she relaxed her posture a bit before lifting her head a she stared at the student. She tried to remain calm even tho the insult had taken her by a big suprise. ❝Hey, hey, let's calm down, okay.. It's okay, you can relax,❞ she said in a soft tone as she stared at the student. She had no idea what was going on, but it was clear they had some steam they needed to let go. It hurt her seeing the student like this more than the insult of being called pathetic hurt her. ❝Let's go into the office, and we can talk about what's going on, okay?❞ she hummed as she got up from her seat and opened the door for the student. Once they were inside, she just patted the bed, smiling at them. ❝Okay, let's talk. What's going on? What has you this upset?❞ she waited for the student to respond as she was hearing them out. Her main goal was to help the student calm down. ❝Ah, I see.. It's okay, dear, don't worry, but keep in mind your words have consequences. So let's not call someone that again, okay?❞ She just kept a warm smile on her face before going into the office, retrieving a cookie from a jar, as she handed it to the student. ❝Now then! On your way, you go! Remember, if you are ever angry and need to blow off some steam, try to think of 5 things that make you happy!❞ She just went back into her office. Scolding a student for a small insult like that is needed, but it's always good to keep in mind why they might have been doing so. That was all she could mainly think of.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
She was just sitting at the nurse's office desk, focusing on taking notes of the students who had come by the office today, before hearing distant chants of people saying fight, fight, fight. She immediately got up from her chair as she straightened out her scrubs. As she rushed over to the cause of all the commotion. She stood from a distance, catching her breath as she saw a student swing a punch at the other. She immediately rushed over, concerned for both students' health, almost tripping over her own feet, before stopping in front of the two delinquents. ❝Guys, guys! Calm down, okay. Please step away from each other❞ She huffed as she tried catching her breath, her eyes ****yzing the students as she tried to see the severity of the fight based on the wounds the students might have. "Okay, can you both please show me your knuckles? As well as ur elbows and knees.. she sighed as she waited for the students to show their knuckles, as she inspected them for any bruising.. She also checked their elbows and knees for any signs of bruising. Sure enough, both students had some bruising as she let out a soft but disappointed sigh.. ❝Okay, since you both assaulted each other, I'm going to have to hand you detention slips.. But before we do that, let's go back to the nurse's office so I can take care of you both.❞ She let out a soft sigh before smiling at them both as she turned to walk to the nurse's office, glancing over her shoulder to see if the two students followed her as she opened the office door.
❝Sit down, I'll be here in a second!❞ She said softly as she closed the door behind the students and went to a box of gloves, slipping them on. ❝Why did you two decide to start fighting?❞ She asked the first student as she put a small medkit on the stand. As she took out a tweezers, she picked up a cotton ball, and she sprayed disinfectant on it. ❝This might hurt a bit.. If it hurts too much, tell me, and I'll wait a second!❞ She said warmly as she softly pressed the cotton ball against the wound cleaning it before taking out a packet of hello kitty bandages as she put them over the wounds before closing her medkit as she walked towards the other side of the room putting her medkit near the other students bed as she treated their wounds as well.. she was softly humming and reasuring the students that they will be okay before grabbing two ice packs and wrapping them in a towel ❝Use these for any swelling, if you still have pain after school you can go grab some pain medication at the hospital!❞ She said with a smile on her face as she handed the students the ice packs before taking out her detentions slips. She couldn't forget what they did was still against school rules, but treating them was more important... She wrote in her slip book before tearing them off and handing one to each student as she opened the door, letting them out of the office. ❝Now remember to stay out of trouble, you two!❞
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
She had just finished taking care of a student when she heard another faculty member and a student having a full-blown argument. She slowly walked over to the commotion and stood there, confused.. She was concerned about the faculty member; their behaviour was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. She let out a soft sigh as she walked closer, ❝Excuse me, could we talk in the break room real quick?❞ She smiled at the faculty member before giving the student a slow nod. ❝If you could wait here while I talk to them, it will be perfect!❞ She said softly as she walked with the other faculty member the the faculty room. She thought it would be best to confront them in the break room, due to not wanting to cause a scene or embarrass the faculty member. ❝I'm sorry I suddenly asked to drag you here, but ur behaviour you just displayed was really unprofessional and also inappropriate.❞ She sighed as she went to the coffee machine before making herself and the other faculty member a cup of hot chocolate.. Before sitting down on the couch, ❝You can be having full-blown arguments with students, calling them stupid and cursing them out.. It can cost you your job,❞ She huffed as she gently let out a soft blow at her cup, trying to cool it down.. ❝I think it's best if you go to the student and apologise for ur behaviour, I can't let you just stand there and argue with them..❞ Her tone changed to a bit more serious. "If I see behaviour like this again, I'd have no choice but to report it to your head of faction..❞ She sighed before getting up as she took her cup of hot cocoa, and she left the room to go back to her station in case a student required help.. Deep down, she hoped the faculty member got her message; she didn't want to see them lose their job over an easily fixable issue.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
She hummed as she sat at the nurses office desk doing some paperwork before staring at the clock on the desk ❝. Ah, Lovely, it's break time!❞ She smiled as she got up, fixing her scrub, then took her gloves off, folding them inside out before throwing them into the trash can, and she took the empty mug that she had earlier had coffee in. She started walking to the break room as she walked in waving at the other faculty in the room.. She had a cheerful and warm smile plastered on her face. She seemed to be in a hyper mood, like always. ❝Oh ya! I made everyone some cookies, they are in the microwave if any of you guys want some!❞ She said cheerfully as she placed her mug into a sink, then took her flask out of the cupboard, as she prepared it, putting in exactly three spoons of hot chocolate and two spoons of sugar.. A little on the sweet side. ❝It's a wonderful winter day, isn't it?❞ She hummed as she waited for the kettle to finish boiling the water she poured into her flask, closing it tightly as she went and sat down on the couch she continuing to have conversations with her coworkers. She seemed to be a bubbly and very happy person most of the time. Every time she talks, she is always smiling or helping someone with something they need help with.

Could you possibly tell me the location I'll be on my way!.. ❞ Her voice sounded worried as she immediately rushed out of the room towards the location she was told ❝ . Everyone, please step back. They need some space. Please clear out! ❞ She said, trying to move through the commotion to reach the student as she dropped to her knees in front of them ❝ Hey, hey, dear, look at me, it's okay. I'm nurse Soelhee, can you try to focus ur breathing with me.. Deep breath in.. deep breath out..❞ She muttered as she gently rubbed the students' shoulders, trying to comfort them.. She saw the breathing method was clearly not working.. ❝Let's play a game, okay? It's called the 5-4-3-2-1 game!❞ She said in a warm tone as she smiled at the student ❝. Name me five things you can see❞ she said softly as she waited for the student to start naming stuff.. ❝Okay, name four things you can touch!❞ She had a small pause as she smiled. The student was slowly starting to calm down, which was a relief.. ❝Name me three things you can.. hear!❞ She once again waited for the student to respond before heading to the next number ❝. Name me two things you can taste?❞ She said her voice calm as she watched the students' breath start to stabilize, and she just smiled at them warmly ❝. Last thing! Name me one thing you can smell?❞ She just stared as she started to get up, helping the student up, ❝ Are you feeling better, dear?❞ She smiled at the student as she took a bag with cookies out of her pocket before extending it to the student ❝I'm glad to see that you look better. Do you want to go to my office to lie down a bit? ❞ She asked gently as she started walking to her office, with the student opening the door for them to rest a bit. She was glad that the 5-4-3-2-1 method helped the student get the student's mind focused on something else than the panic attack. For now, she was just going to let the student rest as she was going to write the incident file.
/me Soelhee was cleaning up around the nurses' office before two students appeared behind her, giving her slight jump scare as she stood there spooked for a second ❝. Ah, sorry wasnt,, expecting students this late in the day. What can I help you two with?❞ She stood there listening ❝. So you guys were playing dodgeball, and your friend failed to dodge and got hit in the face. Okay! Come inside❞ she said softly as she opened the door ❝ Hi, dear! Can you please keep your head tilted forward and put this on ur nose? ❞ She whispered to the student as she gave them a cold towel, as she walked to the table, grabbed her medkit, opened it, took out tweezers and some cotton balls ❝. I'm going to put some disinfectant onto your wounds, okay?❞ She said as she smiled at the student before she sprayed some disinfectant onto the cotton balls ❝. It might burn a bit, but it's normal. If you want me to stop at any time, just say so!❞ She hummed as she gently patted the cotton ball at the students' wounds, ensuring all of them were cleaned as she took some Hello Kitty bandages out, removing the plastic backing used to seal the glue before putting them over the wounds ❝. Okay! It seems ur nose stopped bleeding, but ur eye is a bit swollen, so let me just go grab an ice pack I'll be right back!❞ She went to the fridge, grabbed an ice pack before wrapping it in a soft towel, and handed it to the student ❝. There you go, you are all set to leave! ❞ She smiled as she opened the door for the students to leave
/me A sudden blurt over the radio announced that a student who can't swim was pushed into the pool. A nurse was needed ❝. I'm on my way, keep them there, check if they are conscious!❞ She rushed out the office medkit in hand as she ran through the crowds of people. As she got to the pool, she sat on the ground, and she opened her medkit ❝. My name is Nurse Soelhee. Can you hear me? Grip my hand if you can❞ she muttered softly, taking a penlight as she shone it into the student's eyes ❝. Pupils are normal..❞ She softly muttered to herself as she checked the students' pulses as a sigh of relief washed over her. The student was alive, at least she would quickly sit them up, patting them on the back. They were clearly conscious but not very self-aware.. ❝ Whoever pushed this poor student deserves a suspension, in my opinion.. ❞ She sighed as she pulled out her radio ❝ Any paramedics available? A student was pushed into the water and they couldn't swim, their conscious but barely. Might they have some water in the lungs anyone free to check on them? ❞ She blurted over the emergency radio as her eyes stayed focused on the student as she was closely monitoring their behaviour

Backstory
1.1 Cruel Fate
Asan Medical Center | December 23, 2000 | 01:34 am.
It was a snowy day as the snow was piling up on the streets and the roof of the Medical Center, Soelhee's birthplace. She was born a weak child, diagnosed with albinism. Her mother wasn't in a better condition than she was. Her mother was stressed about how her child's life would be affected by this condition. Her mother made it out of the hospital, but that wasn't going to last forever. Soelhee grew up to more healthy, but she still had slight issues. Her mother, on the other hand, was diagnosed with colon cancer. She was treatable, but because they were from a poor family, affording the treatment was almost impossible. She was put on a list for emergency treatment, but her wait time was expected to be 2-4 years.. A cruel fate.
Soelhee knew about this as she was eavesdropping on her parents talking.. Her heart was broken, she was only 10 years old and now had to hear that her mother was at the verge of death due to money issues.. This drove her to research cancer and medical conditions similar to cancer. This had her hooked on being interested in medical information. She would often borrow medical books from her school or buy some with birthday money given by her family. She turned 14 as she heard news that her mother was able to receive some medical treatment. With joy, she decided to stop studying for a while and spend more time with her mother, wishing that her mother would be well enough to hear about everything she has learned.
1.2 A twisted ending..
Months have passed as Soelhee's mother has been doing the treatment, and things didn't look good; her father's finances were going down the drain, and the hospital told them if they didn't pay the small emergency treatment fund, they would have to stop all treatment and medications being provided. Soelhee's father then chose to spend his money on drinking, as he drank till he would forget about Soelhee's mother. He completely ghosted the hospital and didn't try to contact Soelhee's mother at all, as she was left to die in a hospital bed alone. Soelhee found out after she secretly stole the letters the mailman sent, as her father would normally burn them before opening them.
The sad truth that her mother had to die alone broke her. She would study day and night as she locked herself in her room.. She knew they could have saved her mother, but just because the world depended on money, her mother's life was cast away.. She was stuck helping her father recover from his drunken aftermaths as she would study when he was passed out or outside at a bar.. She knew she had to prepare to join college as her age slowly approached her.. But there was a slight issue on the day she went for her application, she couldn't utter a single word to the interviewer. All the time, she locked herself in her room, which made her social skills quite poor. She was barely able to hold a simple conversation. They said it would be hard to accept her if she wasn't able to properly communicate, as it was a needed skill for the job she was trying to study for.
1.3 The denial
She sat there in her room, she wasn't sure if she should continue with trying to get the into the college as she sat in the coner of her room holding onto the application paper, She was going thru a stage of denial.. She didnt know how she could get more sosial.. it seemed like a impossible task for someone who has lost almost everything, But that day a knock came at her door.. it was her aunt and her cousin, they had heard the news about what her father has been putting her thru and had decided that they will take her in and send her father to a rehab.. After that day, her aunt and her cousin stuck with her by her side.
Her social skills slowly started to improve as she went out with her cousin Ahri, as they would watch movies or play games with Ahri's college friends. She smiled again and truly became a different person. She decided to go back to college to once again try for the application. She managed to get through it, She was able to hold eye contact and comfortably speak without being stressed.

This is a hard question to answer, as I read the other applicants when I was bored, and they were also really good. But think I'll be a great fit for the team. I'm always up to learning new stuff, and I won't mind spending my time having to detail RP nurse actions for the fun RP situations I can have with it.
