I’ve got a Complaint

Ok, so first off, this complaint goes out to the staff members; one of my friends (IGN: Flowwid) was stuck under the houses, she claimed to me on Discord that she tried to contact administration for help, but they didn’t get there; so now, it’s impossible for me to help someone whom is stuck under a house and not have staff attempt to help them. That’s basically everything I’m covering right now, but please have staff actually help players who are stuck.

(Also, my friend Flowwid lost 90k and items cuz of staff)

I believe that your friend could have simply done /spawn

/Spawn wouldnt work, neither did /warp vr work, she glitched down, so it was impossible to use /spawn.

Have your friend dm one of the staff or get in a call
We need to tp them as they are logging in.
