I can't get into the game, and it continues to disconnect me.

Basically when I join the server, it automatically kicks me out. It states "Failed to connect to the server" and only gives me the option "disconnect." I am not sure what it is about but its been going on since I stumbled upon this RP server. The server is up and active, but everytime I join it simply says "Failed to connect to the server." Please someone help me fix this issue.
