I have the VPN thing, I messaged support, no reply, please fix it, I tried to change my ip, I changed wi fi, I tried hotspot. Nothing works

Please make sure you do not use VPN or Proxies. Most of the times, this issue has to do with an underlying VPN or Proxy that your computer has automatically booted up. If this isn't the case, please contact your internest service provider (ISP) and check if they use a proxy to improve your connection
