i cant rank up

im new, i waited 1 hour and was about to rank up, then it said that im max grade even thought im grade 7, i relogged and then i had to wait another hour to become grade 8 my IGN is fefek1. if its possible, Could i get a rank up to grade 9 if it takes a hour from grade 8 to grade 9? its kinda unfair that i had to wait 2 hours instead of 1 to be grade 8 :/ i waited the second hour to make a screenshot
