I lost my items while using apartment editmode and it would be cool to have them back

The reason I was carrying so many seemingly random items is because I was in the middle of moving to another apartment. It would also be completely impossible for me to remember the exact name of every single item, so I am guessing the names of some of them, like my phone. I know it had a panda on it and the home screen wallpaper was like bamboo, but I have no idea if it was actually called "Panda smartphone".
