Best thing you can do is contact staff through discord or forum conversation.

Moon_Light_Stars it might be a glitch but for your saftey before contacting staff do /ar check if the timer is 0 wait for a minute and if its still zero message staff in this type format: 1)Your Problem 2)Screenshots(take a screenshot at one minute then take another one 10-20 min later real time)
Then disscus could they fix it.Say how much you have been playing on the server.I would advise firstly taking GOOD LOOK at what youre dealing with than rather just outright contacting staff!
