What is your motivation for applying?:
Although the number of teachers has been recently increasing, the lessons have not been doing so. Occasionally, the same teachers will teach but that does not give much variety. I'd like to apply to make a difference.

You want to start a school field trip, what would you do?
First, I would plan it a long time prior and get permission from the principal. Then, I would ask my co-workers to help supervise the students. Finally, I would make sure all staff helping knew what to do in case of emergency.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class:
1) No cursing or vulgar language in any way.
2) Remain seated for the whole duration of the lesson.
3) Raise hands when being spoken too or wanting to speak.
4) No eating or drinking.
5) Be prepared beforehand, or ask a staff member for supplies.
6) Turn all mobile devices off before staring.
Summarize your previous experience (both in general and teacher wise): I have previously roleplayed as a teacher multiple times with a group of friends on a private server. In general, I have been roleplaying on the server since the beginning and would love to continue.

From your perspective as of right now, identify one thing you would change about the Teacher Group. Why would you change that?
I would change the way students are disciplined. Not in means of physical discipline, but I've witnessed classes where students are constantly misbehaving and the teacher would tell them off, or to stop, and they would carry on as a result of not getting proper punishments.
KNOWLEDGE
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do they serve, what salary they get. Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
Teachers serve the purpose to help students thrive in their learning. They provide students with new knowledge and understanding. Also, they are there to act as a role model and to guide the students through their tough times as well as keeping them learning and understanding new things.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server:
Without teachers, there would be no point in going to school. Therefore, the whole purpose of 'SchoolRP' would just be turned into a TownRP. Teachers keep the school part of SchoolRP alive.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
Trainee
This is the newest you can get, you will only be placed on this rank for around a few days. You do not have permission to start up new classes and you aren't assigned to work for any specific Teacher, you must come into lessons and sit down (make sure to ask them first) and start to learn from them, and how a lesson works. You can also take this time to impress the SLT members by reporting if they are doing anything wrong from the CoC
Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT)
Congratulations, you have been promoted to the NQT. You are now a more advanced teacher and you have the correct qualifications to start a lesson, but before starting a lesson you must still check with your HD and in the roleplay documents check for what you must be teaching. If there are no lesson plans yet, tell the teachers. You do not have to follow the lesson plans by the book, but you must cover some of the key parts mentioned in there. As an NQT you should still be guided by higher peers, and you are allowed to make errors. You are not allowed to take Trainees in to watch you
Qualified Teacher Learning and Skill (QTLS)
You are finally in the norm for teachers, you now have permission to start a class whenever you want (inside school) but discuss and organize when it will be with other teachers. You should not make as many errors or mistakes now. You are allowed to let Trainees in to watch your classes, but you do not have the skills to trainee them yet.
Head of department (HD)
It is unlikely you will ever reach this stage if there is already a HD of that department in place, however, they can offer you to be Co-HD. But if you have become a HD, lucky you. You must plan what lessons will be taught amongst your department, including lesson plans.

Maia Winters (Mercier) is a slim female standing at 5'8" and weighing around 125lbs. Her build would be curvy, but slim. Maia would have long, dark hair and grey-blue eyes. Her voice would be the average pitch with a British accent. She'd treat her students with full respect and equality and is friendly to both her students and co-workers. Her outlook on life would be very positive and her attitude would resemble just that. She'd always be seen with a smile on her face and is always willing to help. Her goals for the future would to have a family and be able to provide a home for them.
SCENARIOS
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: Give them a warning, and if they continue a detention. If they were to carry on afterward I would contact the Principal.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?
Raise my voice, and give them a stern but polite warning. If they continue, tell them why it is important to listen and learn.
When in a teacher lounge, how does your character act?
Very casual, but also professional. She'd generally be friendly and socialize with her co-workers. If there would be no social interactions going on, she would read a book or do some extra lesson planning.

/me She'd smile warmly, greeting the students kindly as they entered the room.
/me She'd nod, applauding for the student who got the answer correct.
/me She'd begin to hand out the booklets which contained today's worksheet.

BACKSTORY
Maia Winters was a very happy person and constantly kept her hopes up to what she was aiming to achieve. She grew up in Brighton, England with her two parents. She was constantly verbally abused by her father and her mother decided to divorce and move to Spain with her and her 3 younger siblings. Unfortunately, her mother passed from illness and being the eldest Maia had to take care of her siblings. This made her very protective and caring. She lived in Spain for a long time with her grandmother, who taught her and her siblings Spanish. The town she lived in was very popular and had many kids of her age. However, she was generally shy in her teenage years but admired the way her teachers were and aspired to become one. During classes, she'd sit in the back and listen to everything the teacher said and observed the way they worked. Later on in life, when she had moved to Japan and had been enrolled in college, she became more social and gathered a small group of friends. Excited she was becoming more social, she ended up making a few friends who later on became teachers. Being too young to be a teacher, she got many jobs that helped her grow her learning and social skills. Yet, she was still amazed by how teachers helped to make their students more intelligent and the way they encouraged others to do what they believe in. This made her want to become a teacher more than she had ever wanted before. Every night, she would study and search how teachers trained and learned and took many notes from doing that. After 3 long years of college, having many jobs that helped her socialize, and getting her Associate's Degree she finally applied to become a teacher.
