Hair Style - Her hair is almost always down, hanging to the top of her waist. She often has some type of hair accessory, usually a ribbon, but sometimes a headband or a clip.
Eye Color - Green, specifically
Fashion - Candy dislikes wearing darker colors, so she always opts to wear colors like pink, yellow, orange, and light blues. They’re usually always in the form of a dress or long pants, complete with long sleeves, no matter the weather.
As for accessories, she’s always wearing a backpack. She can also often be seen wearing bead bracelets and necklaces.
Voice -
Health - Candy is in good health despite her retrograde amnesia and frequent dissociation. The dissociation was not caused by the same accident causing the amnesia, however, it has hindered the recovery of older memories as most retrograde cases have.
Because she’s been having issues with dissociation since childhood, Candy has learned how to hide it and deal with it. This often impacts her (already poor) memory and gives her a blurry sense of herself.
Person
Strengths - Candy is the friend you know you can depend on when things get rough. She tries to give everybody a chance, if not second and third chances, and is accepting of all people. This is partially because of her optimism - she will always see the light in a situation, no matter how bad it is, and it could always get worse.
Weaknesses - Her trust in others will always come back to bite her eventually. More than once has she felt absolute betrayal, and yet, she hasn’t changed. It is the ultimate stubborn act, however stupid it may be.
Besides, her overly friendly and excited nature is a downside, too. Some people find it suspicious, some find it weird, and some find it plain annoying. It’s dealt a few blows to her self esteem, but she refuses to change.

Hobbies - Candy really likes hiking. She thrives with just herself, a backpack, and maybe a few friends. She also enjoys just enjoying life’s pleasures and having fun above all.
Skills - She can run. Really, really fast. Her friends always suggested she sign up for track, but she insisted it’d take the fun out of it.
Quirks - 2 main quirks. One, when she meets somebody she likes, she’ll snap a photo of them and save it in her phone. Even if she just met them. Two, unless she’s known them for her entire life, Candy almost never calls somebody by their real name. She finds it difficult, somehow, and always resorts to her best attempt at their name, resulting in strange nicknames.
Future Plans - She wants to work with the KPD to fight Karakura's growing crime rates, and make a difference.

Couldn't throw a punch to save her life, but would win a fight against a toddler.

She is often distracted by what's around her, and doesn't notice a lot of things until it's too late, but she's not completely blind or anything.

She does a lot of hiking and running, so her physical endurance has built up over the years. But painwise? Absolutely atrocious.

She's a very nice, friendly person, but that can have the opposite effect on some people.

Not stupid, by any means, but will often either over or under think things, which lead to her doing stupid things.

Has done basic gymnastics since she was a kid, and can do a split, but nothing particularly cool or useful.

There are so, so many situations in her life that her great luck has helped her in. It's become part of her at this point - she's just a lucky person.

Will help others whenever she can, and has a good moral compass, but isn't entirely selfless of course. In a situation where she has to pick between a stranger and herself, she'll choose herself.

Not unpopular, but not popular, either. She's just kind of there.
Background
It is quite difficult to recount your life when you don't remember ever living it.
Her memory started in the hospital, post-accident, with buzzing fluorescent lights and the faraway scent of disinfectant. It was all blurry, distorted, dissociated, until the plane landed in Karakura to start her “new life”, against doctor's orders.
Her family deemed it too cruel of a fate to be stuck in the foster system with amnesia, so she moved in with her (also) underage cousins, and she’s been here ever since.
