Is "free-form" still allowed?

So.. i was going through the forum recently and i found the subthread "How to actually roleplay" by user O'kejden in the community guides thread. Somewhere near the end of the guide, it mentioned "free-form" combat, that wasn't neither P2L or with /roll. It used actions to determine the winner, with no set winner and with no luck involved. That post was from 2018 though, so it could be outdated.

My question is:
Is "free-form" still allowed?

Im pretty sure it is. Free-form is basically P2L but you fight until you have a ending you both agree on so I'm pretty sure its still allowed.
