How often do you log onto the server?:
Honestly, i'm pretty invested in this server and the world within it and am on almost every day. I couldn't put a specific pinpoint on how long i'm on for, as I get on whenever i'm free during the day but I could say that I invest at least a solid five hours a day into the server and whatever role it is I may be playing.
Do you have discord?

Yeah, I have a microphone. It'd be quite unusual to not own a microphone, living in this day and age.
Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?:
Sadly, I have been banned twice. For both, misunderstood ERP and duplication which I am guilty of. It has been a good while since both of my bans and a lot of people can vouch for me when I say i've come a long way from those days. I learnt my lesson and this isn't something I would do again and quite honestly I don't even know why I did those things in the first place.

(As I mentioned in my application, though relatively short- I didn't understand properly that it would have been taken seriously. I'm aware I broke the rules and that I am sorry for, but at least it wasn't a proper case where I had literally committed ERP. It was a singular action between myself and my friend as a joke and I have since served the time granted to me and understand it is something that shouldn't happen, joke, or no joke.)
Can you ensure that you will often come on:
I can vouch for the fact, I will be on often. As I talked about in my activity above, I am on every day and at least invest five hours into the server. If this is to change, due to clubs and or holidays I will make sure to inform you before it takes place.
Do you recognize that you can be ICly fired?:
I am well aware I can be fired ICLY for my actions as it not only grants a large mass of realism but it also teaches individuals to do their job not only properly but efficiently and prevents you from hiring lazy individuals that half-ass the job. I for one, never intend on being lazy when it comes to my work and if I am to be hired I will happily display this.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
The position that is the Lunchtime-Monitor does as it says in the name. Their job is to not only monitor how the students behave in the lunchroom but to look out for the students of their school and to ensure that they feel as if they are in a safe and trusting space. I believe it is their job to also work as an individual that the students can trust and confide in, similar to how a counselor is but without the label. This not only improves the mental health of all of those that attend Karakura high, but it also lets them know that they have someone to talk to. This increases the rate of students gaining the confidence to come forward and to report all rules being broken on school grounds not only over the lunch break but in general. Lunchtime-monitors are also able to assist any higher up roles in the school system that ask of and may require help.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?:
Not really, but I understand the fundamentals of working properly as a Lunchtime-monitor. It's a system we hold in my school and I have seen how the role properly functions in day to day society, which I believe gives me all the knowledge needed to take on this role.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I don't really have any special experience when it comes to roleplaying. I am currently just your average student of Karakura high and that is a role I have held for a rather long time. I have considered taking on many other roles, such as the role of a History teacher, Police officer, and S.A.T member but these were all roles in which my applications had been denied for due to lack of detail placed into them. I am also rather experienced in GangRP, though frowned upon by a lot of people I believe it is essential to get into the eyes of a criminal to succeed at any other roles as you get a knack for seeing how it is they function and what they're most likely to do. It allows me to not make critical errors that would lead to the death of myself but to assist all of those properly around me.

Correct me on this if i'm wrong and or if I am required to fill this out properly and i'd be more than happy to fix it, but I believe this question is extremely similar to the one where you had asked to in as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee. My answers reside in there and I put a lot of effort into going semi in-depth in what is a Lunchtime-monitor does. There would be no purpose in just copying and pasting it over.

During a work shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
I would try and get to the root of the issue and find out why it is that they are lashing out with such aggression. If they were to explain what had happened, i'd try and solve it or justify what had happened. Then, if that is to succeed and I had figured out what the problem is I would explain to them that they aren't to act in such a manner to school faculty and that they should show respect to everyone on school grounds and that talking to an individual that way is not justified and right. I would explain, that if they are to ever act that way or to treat another individual in such a way I would instantly go to school staff where proper punishment would be imposed.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
At first, I would have to ask the Principal why it is I am doing such a job and why it is necessary. If it is illegal or could bring damage to myself or anyone else I would have to instantly refuse to do so and if it is an illegal situation I would bring it to the KPD. Though, if it is a part of my job and has reasoning then I would be happy to continue and obey the orders thrown towards me.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?:
I would bring to their attention that they are in work and that the likelihood of someone higher up than them putting them in such a position is unlikely. I would ask that they stop themselves from doing whatever it is they are doing as it could bring them harm and I would ask whoever gave them the order that the job be handed to a professional that can handle it.

Motivation for Joining KHS:
Well, I have always been a part of KHS though as a student, but I would love to be a member of the school faculty because of my overall large belief in helping other people. At first, I thought I could do it as a police officer through the law system but I thought it over and decided that the issues found in our criminals derive from a young age through both small and large acts that may diminish the mental health of youth at a young age. I wanted to come on as a teacher but realized that though I have a large amount of activity I would not like to put that much time and effort into such a role as it might take away freedom in my day to day life to relax. So, I took on a role that doesn't require as much work but something I could see myself properly possibly enjoying doing.

I personally believe I should be accepted as I put a lot of effort into all it is that I do. I am hardworking and have been told I am rather charismatic when it comes to interacting with others. I have rather good people skills and believe I could actually make a large impact holding this role.
