Items always gltiching

I got a fendi Backpack and after I right clicked it, it glitched into a Cane. I had the same problem with a Rick's Catana but its not in my inventory I dont know why its glitched out or something. I really would like that to fix.
Also the rick's Catana glitched into a cane aswell.
Also under the name stand ''qa:0'' in black color.
