[Items & Furniture] Issue with Receiving Full Custom Orders on RPHUB

ISSUE:
Dear SRP Team,
I am reaching out because of an issue with receiving the correct quantity of custom items/furniture purchased from the RoleplayHUB store for SRP.

I typically order custom items and furniture in bulk (5x or 10x). But since the update where items first appear as placeholder customs in my inventory, I have only received a single token item for each purchase, regardless of whether I purchased the 5x or 10x bundle. This token then eventually gets replaced - but only with a single one of the items I ordered, instead of the full quantity.

As a result, I am currently (and for months now) relying on the Item Copy Request / Support forum thread to obtain copies of the items and furnitures that I should have received initially. While this workaround eventually allows me to get most of my items, this does create an issue when I donated items/furniture customs to the server. Since donated items/furniture cannot be legally requested through the support forum copy request threads, I never receive them at all.

Is there something I could do to help with the process or do I have to keep the token items/furnitures in special chests? I would appreciate if there is a way to ensure that I receive the full quantity of items/furniture moving forward. I'm sorry for the inconvenience and would like to help with resolving any issues on my end.

As stated on the SchoolRP Resource Pack Informational Post, if you have not received your placeholder item, you should open a forums conversation with myself (CLICK HERE)

For the most efficient handling, please state:
1. The transaction ID
2. The items that you are missing.
3. Your username.

This applies to any placeholders that you failed to receive since the item update, regardless of whether they are donated to factions or not by now!​
