ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Was having some fun with others in a tiny model while holding a Deadmau Hat in each of my hands. Right clicked by accident and it swapped my Deadmau Hat with my own skull (the skull that my baby zombie model was wearing). I couldn't really get it back since my own inventory is clear of hat cosmetics (neither could I get it back the same way I swapped the hat with the skull. Didn't work). I wasn't sure what happened at first so I tested it out with the other Deadmau Hat (wanted to write a lost item app with confirmed reasons) and the same thing happened. Now I have two of my own player skulls.
Pretty sure my own player skulls are illegal to have but I kept them in my inventory for the sake of proving that it happened.
